I am staying in this hotel for the past two days (6th and 7th nights) and will be checking out today 8th Oct 2024. The hotel is very good. The check out time is 11 AM. Only one insensitive remark from the front office executive jarred us. I informed the front office executive that I would be checking out at 08:30 AM to go for rituals near the Godavari. Every hotel has the facility to allot a room to a guest, who checks out early, for at least a duration of 30 minutes to freshen up, when they come to pick their luggage from the reception. But here the front office executive bluntly said that you can keep the luggage in the reception and go, and, collect it later, but you will not get any facility to freshen up. We have no choice but to do what he says. Truly said, it is the employees of any Hotel who make the experience good or bad. The bluntness of the front office executive has left a bad taste. Other than this, our experience in the hotel is good. I hope this Hotel conducts a training program for this front office executive so that he talks to guests with some sensitivity. Also had table tennis and other activity with a good spa which was reasonably priced Food was vegetarian decent with good Quanity .. buffet breakfast was good Staff is very polite and helpful

Preeti Patel My husband and I had visited this property on 22nd March and it turned out to b way beyond our expectations.. Its a huge property and the location is superb..We had booked Premium Pool View Room for 2 nights.. The room was much larger than seen in the pics..It was very clean and neat..It has a lovely balcony and gives us a view of both Pool and Lake..We enjoyed being in the Infinity pool surrounded by the mountains and the view of the lake.. Mr.Aniket Joshi , the Assistant ***ager , was very kind and helpful .He made sure that we had a very comfortable stay..He even arranged for a cake since it was my birthday and got our room decorated.. Thanks to Mr.Aniket once again for his humble hospitality that made our stay even more memorable. The staff was very kind and polite. The property is a very luxurious one. The breakfast was very lavish. We tried variety of food for lunch and dinner like Chinese , North Indian, continental , pizza past etc and every item we tried was very good and tasty. They have bicycles on rent. And indoor games like carrom, table tennis , air hockey etc One can easily go to the lake nearby either by cycling or in car.. its a beautiful view.. I would highly recommend this property to everyone. Our stay here was very memorable one.. Would definitely love to visit this place again ..

Firstly the name on map, and on property all are different. So-ma village has two separate stay places, which was not clear . The last time we went it was one property. A property within a property, the 7 villa hygiene was very poor. The new property regenta was where we stayed last time, previously 7 villa was not there. t mentions so-ma village resort and this led to average experience
