Bad room, linen, not cleaned for a long time. No wake up call despite request. No arrangement for taxi or auto to station despite request. Only the location is on main road and surroundings are clean.

The hotel needs thorough updates inside and outside especially bathroom. Old and over used bedsheets and blankets need replacement. Staff is friendly.

Fan was not working, water heater was not working, uncomfortable bed, food is average, worst service called on reception for fan issue then they sent one of their employee, electricity cut off thrice early morning.

Rooms are clean but the bathroom is way dirtier and smells really bad. Lights and door are not working in the bathroom and even if i told the reception it was not fixed at all. Probably book a room if it's urgent otherwise find a different one.

This is a very old property, staff is good but rooms are not that well maintained. We had to change our room twice, the first room allotted us had a dirty washroom, the second room allotted to us had a leakage problem, water was leaking from the bathroom to the room. Finally they allotted a good room to us, the question is if they had this room vacant why they wanted us to compromise on our stay.
