It is a very good 4* hotel located in a nice and clean part of the city in MIDC area. It was my first time staying in the city so it felt good to find the hotel located in a peaceful neighbourhood even though it is on the highway to Trimbakeshwar temple. I’d booked two AC Superior Queen rooms with the hotel directly and didn’t have to pay any advance amount. The room rate included taxes and breakfast for 5 adults and was far better than what I was finding online. I was a bit sceptical at first but was assured of confirmed booking. Fortunately, I made the right decision to book with them. We reached the hotel in the late afternoon after spending some time sightseeing in the city outskirts. The check in process was smooth. We selected two adjacent rooms on the 3rd floor facing the east side and also for the view of the hotel’s atrium and lobby from the top floor. The rooms are big sized with modern bathrooms. We took 2 adjacent rooms on the 3rd floor. The double bed is large with comfortable mattress and soft pillows. Room is equipped with a medium sized flat screen TV, mini fridge, electric tea maker, study desk & chair, cupboard, a small center table and reading lights by the bed, a sofa cum bed, an electronic safe, luggage racks, all lending it a subtle luxury. Hotel has a fancy restaurant on the same floor as the reception and is quite spacious. There are all types of cuisines in the buffet breakfast. It was quite impressive just like most other features of the hotel. There were breads, juices, cereals, choices of egg preparations, South Indian food, Noth India dishes, continental dishes including cakes, fruits, tea, coffee, non-vegetarian and much more. Staff in the restaurant is very courteous and plentiful, so did not have to wait long to be served anything. Hotel itself is a relatively attractive building from the outside and has a welcoming feeling. There are two buildings connected with a glass bottom walkway a couple of floors above the ground. There is an infinity pool, spa and gym in one of the buildings, which was accessible to guests in the other building through the walkway and elevators. The lobby, the restaurant, the glass capsule lifts in the atrium…everything is designed tastefully and looks luxurious and impressive for the category of this hotel. There is sufficient parking in the front of the building and on one of the sides inside the driveway. There is a basement parking for a lot of cars. I would recommend it highly to anyone traveling on business or leisure whether alone or with family to this holy city.
