I booked a room with a shared bathroom, and added $2 when checking in to get a room with a private bathroom. The room was clean and tidy and very comfortable. The landlord was very nice, friendly and enthusiastic. He helped me book a 6-person helicopter for the next day as well as other tax tickets. The next day's trip went extremely smoothly. He told me that I could check out at 1pm. He answered all my questions and I exchanged some Peruvian Sols with him. The exchange rate was very fair. The hotel is in a good location, not far from the bus station and town center, very convenient and cost-effective.

The hotel owner is a very talkative old man who knows a little English and has no problem communicating with us. We can also help you book a small plane to the Nazca Lines.
The location is hard to find, in a small alley with a parking lot next to it. (Theoretically 10 soles a day, you can negotiate for free if you stay in a hotel)
I booked a single room with a private bathroom, which contained a table, a chair and an electric fan.

The Nazca city itself is very narrow, so the location and accessibility are good. It takes about 5 minutes by walking from the Cruz del Sur bus terminal. It was originally a room with a shared bathroom, but I paid 2 dollars more and moved to a room with a private bathroom. It is an old building, so please do not expect good facilities. The owner is very kind. The Nazca line is usually 70 dollars, but I made a reservation for 80 dollars with the condition of seeing the Nazca line for 5 minutes more. They take care of everything from start to finish until the tour. Even after the tour, they let me shower and check out leisurely, and let me use the rooftop until the time to leave my luggage and catch the night bus.

Pleasant stay in Nazca
Overall pleasant stay in convenient location in downtown Nazca, just a 5 minute walk from bus station. Owner is very kind and helpful. Basic 2 bed room with attached private bath was comfortable for our 2 night stay. If have mobility issues, note that have to climb stairs to access rooms. Good value.

Best Host Ever
I have stayed her on two separate trips to Nasca. Luis, the owner is wonderful. He met us at the bus station to make sure we got here at 4:30 am. He set us up on two different tours. He is welcoming and caring about your stay. I will always come back here when I visit Nasca.
