The hotel has a ground level but we were on the 2nd floor. It was OK without an elevator. The kids enjoyed the free pastries in the morning and the grown ups appreciated the coffee. I liked having an inexpensive coin op washer on site. Great restaurants and fun karaoke and a convenience/drug store were in easy walking distance (despite my old tired feet). We will definitely be back!!
