The front desk staff is very helpful. We need to go to the hospital, the lady helped calling the hospital and give us the useful information. The view from the hot spring is fantastic. Can see the bridge and the sea near Naruto. There is a hot spring also on the roof top. Wonderful!

This is a hotel I would like to visit again in the future. It was a place where most of the locals were, so it was difficult to communicate. The staff were very kind.

The location was great, especially the view of the ocean from our room window. It was a perfect location for visiting the maelstrom and traveling to the Otsuka Museum of Art.

Dinner was very rich

房間有點涼，要離窗戶遠點。沒法洗澡了，浴室太冷。 頂層的泡澡池是特色，還有露天泡澡池，沒想到大早上那麼多人，晚上反而人少。 不適合冬天居住。

酒店臨海而建，出門過條馬路就是沙灘，酒店內部設施完善，服務貼心，樓頂是觀海露天浴池，最最喜歡的餐飲大愛呀！

服務很好！晚餐及早餐都是自助餐，非常豐富！ 設有露天浴場，直接看著嗚門大橋的風景，一定要浸，不要錯過！值得推介

The services were great, not too much either. The ocean view from the hotel was fantastic. The furniture at the lobby was comfortable and the view was nice too. Breakfast was delicious!

I was looking for a ryokan with a large communal bath and an open-air bath, and decided on this one. The bathroom was fine, but perhaps due to the intense heat, the air conditioner in the room didn't work at all, so I lowered the air conditioner to the lowest level of 16 degrees, but only lukewarm air came out, and I had a very hard night's sleep. . I would like you to improve this point.

The food was delicious and the staff all greeted us with smiles. It would have been even better if the windows in the room were clean.

Although the facility overall felt a little old, I was satisfied with the food.
