Lots of useful amenities including skincare products. Microwave and vending machines on level 3, 6 and 9. Should have sign to inform that level 6 is smoking floor as the microwave room reels of smoke. Handy shuttle bus service to and from airport. Will recommend a stay to catch flight out of Narita. Hotel received my luggages sent by Yamato in advance without any issues. 24 hour Lawson in lobby is useful.

Great hotel! Airport transfer was very easy to find and staff was very courteous. I arrived at 10 pm to the hotel. The breakfast was really good love the Japanese food selection. Used the gym as well. I used the shuttle service to come back to the airport, they were really punctual. Was able to check out one hour later after joining the Hilton rewards I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

I booked this hotel for one night because I had an early flight, but it was a pity that I only stayed for one night because it was better than I expected. Waku is a community in Narita. The hotel is located at the end of a nostalgic street. You can spend 1-2 hours walking from the street to the end! The hotel is new and clean, and the front desk service is also very good. English communication is never a problem! You don’t need to eat in the hotel (although you need to make a reservation in advance). There are many choices of restaurants nearby, but those eel restaurants close early, so please be careful! . You can walk straight to Narita Station, which is quite popular. There is also an Aeon Mall where you can go shopping, which is really convenient.

Beautiful hotel, free shuttle to and from the airport. Gorgeous onsen. Pretty grounds with big trees and walkway. Lovely fountain at entrance, big car park, fridge in room and kimono for use. Loved it! We had change of flight schedule so after a long day it was very nice to finnally be able to rest. Its great that there is a bus shuttle from Narita Aiport to the Hotel. The service was great. They right away took our luggages - 2 big suitcases and 3 small ones and have us checked in. The check in great, no worry at all. It was fast and simple. They gave a bag for my 5 year old- it has small in room sandal, pijama toot brush and towel in it. They had the Hotels garden all decorated eoth christmas lights, it was beautiful. We went to the garden and the suitcases were delivered to our room. I was kinda amazed because a lady with skirt and high heels were the one handling our luggages when we arrived to our room. The next day we had to extend, it was simple to book from Trip.com and no complocations. We didnt have to move to another room. The room, bathroom, bed and everything in the room were clean and tidy. Breakfast was great, they had many choices. Also there is a mini Mart (Lawson) like 7-evelen near the lobby and a cafe too so no worry to get food or snacks. I think lawson open 24 hours. The hotel provide a bus ****tle to Narita town that goes to Narita station and Aeon Mall. This was great! Overall experience in this hotel is wonderful. Excellent for the service.

They hv free shuttle bus from Narita Airports which makes it very easier for guests (fr 5am to 11.30pm). Quick check in and helpful staff. Room has two double bed which can sleep 4 pax. A Special thank to the Jap lady who was working on 26/10 early morning at 5.45am at the Hotel Bus Counter who helped me to find my passport in my room.. I was panicked n she followed me to our checked out room to help me find mt passport and she found it for me at a place which I would not hv searched. Domo-Arigato Gozaimasu! I am sorry I forgotten to ask for her name bcoz I was late for my flight.

Location is near to airport. Room and toilet are pretty small. Bed is too soft for me and not so comfortable. Nearby got restaurants but about 10 mins walk from hotel. Nearby about 5 mins walk have a supermarket.. Breakfast variety not a lot and very simple.
