Although you can walk quite easily to this hotel in about 20 minutes, the road layout is confusing, so I’d recommend using the free shuttle bus. This is a good hotel that is also used by airline cabin crew so it has to maintain certain standards. The breakfast is good value for money, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. Nearby there are a few shops and restaurants within walking distance too.

Convenient to get to from the airport, with free shuttle available. Room and bath was spacious, though I was at one end of a very long corridor so it seemed like forever to get to after a loongg day walking everywhere else. Great overall stay even if the walls were not very sound proof. I had good neighbours though , and everyone seemed to understand the ‘assignment’ under the circumstances. Staff was friendly and helpful too. Super easy check out too. Lawson’s on the first floor was convenient too for last minute buys and food for sahur.:) Also make time to go to Naritasan Omotesando and the Shinshoji temple to savour in the local produce and enjoy the surrounding park with sprinklings of cherry and plum blossoms (i think) everywhere this time of the year. Free shuttle to Narita station and Aeon Mall too! Super convenient!

The location of the hotel is convenient, the rooms are clean and tidy, the price is cheaper than other hotels, and the price-performance ratio is very high. My family was very happy to stay. The room has a bathtub, which is very nice!

The room is not big but very clean and tidy, the shower location is very narrow, belonging to the suburbs downstairs near almost any shops, very inconvenient transportation to rely on shuttle bus, called Narita Airport Hotel but to Narita Airport is not walking distance, as Transfer station purpose It is ok and the price is cheap

Manga books were neatly lined up in the laundry area, they provided free ice, and the vending machines had a good selection of drinks, from beer to chuhai and soft drinks. The smoking area next door was also kept clean. I also liked the location, surrounded by nature, just 10 minutes from Narita Airport.

The room for two people with breakfast is more than 3k. Let's talk about the service first. There will be three service staff to help us with our luggage (we do have a lot of luggage). The overall service is very thorough and meticulous. Breakfast: There is really no need to experience it. It is just a box of pre-made side dishes. The hot spring water boiled tofu has no taste. The cost performance is super low🤦♀️. The quality of the pickled tuna is not much better. It's really better to go out and eat eel rice Room: Compared with the crowded Tokyo hotel, the area is indeed spacious, but it is worth complaining that the damp room is not ventilated. For us, it is a waste of money. My husband and I both have eczema from sleeping on damp sheets. It's particularly uncomfortable. As soon as you enter the elevator on the fourth floor, there is a smell of humidity and smell in the bathhouse, and there is also a smell in the room. The humidity causes the quilt to smell. Facilities: You can experience the bathhouse on the first floor. It is hot water with black rock effect (actually, it is said to have this effect by putting a few pieces of black rocks in hot water). It is very clean and there are few people. The skin care products are all Sekkisei, which is very good. Supplies: This Dyson hair dryer really saved me! We used it to blow the quilt with quick drying and high air volume! Otherwise, we would have suffered a lot this night! Each room has this Dyson, and the yukatas are also very nice. They also gave us a small basket 🧺 to put things. Next to it is Shinshoji Temple, which is very big and can't be visited in an hour. Behind it is Naritasan Park. This street is really beautiful and you can take pictures. The location is really good. It costs about 200 RMB to take a taxi to Narita.

Arrived late at Narita Keisei station, due to missing the right train from Tsudanuma (first time visiting Japan, mind you) and already half way to Chiba station. Upon arrival on almost-midnight, apparently the front desk officer already waited for us, the last guest to check in. The staff can speak English well and very comforting. Offered free complimentary skin care (lotion or mask), too. Stayed only 5 hours before the flight in the morning from T2 Narita Airport. Rode a free shuttle provided by hotel. They provide tablet in each room for the guest to browse available service. Overall, it's a 10/10 experience.

Very Good
GGuest UserThis place is very close to Narita Airport and is clean and simple and the price is good. I would stay here again if I have a late incoming flight or an early flight the next morning. The room I stayed in was pretty small, but perfectly ok for just one person. The breakfast was quite good - lots of different things to choose from. The staff were very polite and friendly. There is a convenient store next to the check-in on the first floor, and it has just about everything you could need. Which was great because I came unprepared for the 2-prong-only plug style of Japan (my laptop is a 3-prong style). It also has some basic food, even warm cooked chicken which I enjoyed after my arrival at night. The place provides night clothes, slippers, toothpaste & toothbrush, and a few other items for free. There is an airport shuttle that goes to and from the airport at regular time intervals. But when I arrived at the airport I was a little disappointed that it was hard to find the information of where to go and when the buses come - I hoped Trip.com would provide that info, or at least a link to the hotel’s main website, but instead I had to dig for that myself, and eventually found it on their website (I don’t remember the details anymore though).

PPriangga PerdanaThe location was the main reason for our choice, it was very close to the airport and Aeon mall. The room was very clean and the 2 piece pajamas was just nice (some hotels provide long robes only). There were lots of free shuttles to/from the airport, very convenient

EElisia LohThe hotel offers a regular shuttle service between Narita Terminal 1 and Terminals 2-3, shared with the Hilton hotel. The journey from Narita Terminal 1 to the hotel takes approximately 30 minutes. Additionally, there is a shuttle to Narita Train Station and Aeon Mall. The room is clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The mattress is firm but not too hard, offering a soft yet supportive feel. The pillows provide good neck support without being too firm. The breakfast spread is standard, but the highlight is the pancake machine. With just a wave of your hand, the machine starts, and in about 30 seconds, you can enjoy a freshly made pancake.

SSpacemanAUThe bedroom is like a little coffin and so is the bathroom. Very dated but it’s an airport hotel so not expecting much. The bed and pillows were comfy and the aircon worked well but I would bring ear plugs. The sound from other rooms is not bad but if you’re a light sleeper, you may hear it. Cleanliness wasn great - there was rubbish bits (old plastic from bottle caps) on the floor and hair in different spots in the bathroom. The restaurant at level 17 had a surprisingly nice beef hotpot (though pricey at 6500Yen), but the sake was nice. Staff at the restaurant were 10/10. The shuttle bus to the airport runs once or twice an hour but if you miss it (like me), an Uber can cost 2000Yen between the airport and hotel. It did feel like there was an earthquake at 3am as the bed started rocking - initially I thought it was a train but I’m pretty sure it was a mini quake. Overall, it’s nice enough for a 12 hour layover. I chose not to take the shuttle to the mall as was a little tired but there is that option if you prefer it.

NNR~Very prompt service by all staffs frm this hotel. Beyond my expectations, I didn't expect such wonderful service, but i was very pleased despite a very shirt stay as i had a 7am flight next morning. This hotel takes all pride in caring for their client/hotel guests. Every little thing was put into detail ; the complimentary shuttle bus svc to/from airport terminals & the shuttle svc to/from AEON mall was well worth it, a great deal of price for what client paid for the room rate. I must so compliment Marroad Htl is spotlessly clean. Will highly recommend those for looking into free airport shuttle and with morning flight to catch. Will definitely rely on this hotel for my future Narita transit/ stopovers . 10 stars if i could. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

GGuest UserVery close to the train station, accessible via link bridge. 1-2 stops away from Narita Airport, and is walkable to Naritasan temple. There's free shuttle to Narita Airport too, though only twice in the mornings (7+ and 8+am, and twice in the evenings). Breakfast set is nice too. 7-11 is right across the road, and there's a family mart behind the hotel. Old hotel with dated decor, but has usual amenities and good service and friendly yet professional staff as usual. They provide yukata in the room to wear too! Front desk has staff that speaks good basic english. Only complaint is that the phone in our room kept ringing multiple times at odd hours of the night (around 1am, 2am and 4am) both nights we stayed there, but every time we picked up there was no one on the other end - just the beep beep beep tone, which was quite creepy. Asked front desk and they said it wasn't them. Overall not bad, has everything you'd need for a hotel, situated in a beautiful neighbourhood. Though not sure if would stay again due to the unnerving phone calls from no-one.

GGuest UserWe were given the old wing which was old and worn out. Definitely a no-no and will never visit again. We stayed here 2yrs ago and love the location/rooms as they were modern n new. The old wing area is not suitable to host guests at all. From lift to room corridor, to the room inside and the toilet. Bad condition. Torn carpet with tape, peeling wardrobe door, cracked bathtub, room ceiling mouldy and webs. It was obviously an abandoned and under maintenance with no cleaning service place. The 2 nights stay was unbelievably unbearable.

JJoanneThis is our go to hotel for late night arrivals and stocking up before heading to the snow. Stayed here for more than 10 years and it’s very dated but a clean, spacious and central hotel. JR an keisei a couple of mins walk. Aeon mall 1km walk. Kids playground down the road as well as a beautiful temple and gardens. Narita area has every thing you need so a basic affordable hotel with good accom, heating and very good location is enough.  Beds are old but comfy enough for the price we paid. Didn’t use the bar or restaurant but everything looks ok. So many restaurants and bars close by to explore. There are vending machines on every floor, and some floors have ice machines and a microwave. We booked a twin which was 22m2 ( I think). Enough room for my partner in one bed and my 6 year old and I to share one of the twin beds. Rooms are quite spacious but you need to book the right room or you could be in a tiny single space
