房間整潔.床品/洗漱配套很舒服.早餐很豐盛.一樓還有泡湯的地方.很滿意.適合喜歡清靜的人.酒店離成田山寺很近.其中還有書法展和公園.可以散散步放鬆休閑.

房間設施不錯 服務業也好
唯一缺點在價格 收費偏貴 ，訂房2000塊 多個孩子收了800多， 不太認同一個人頭要多收這麼多.
酒店還是挺有特色 記得問前台拿酒店的雨傘 比較出片 如果不是2000以內訂到房間 不推薦.

酒店有和式的感覺，非常新淨及高級。唯一不足是浴池較細，而且不是溫泉，浴池外也沒有locker可以鎖住私人物品，如果只是去沖涼及同場人數較少的話還好，但是如果人多的話就最好不要去了。

My stay was absolutely delightful! The room was spacious, bright, and designed with a modern minimalist style that created a relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom amenities exceeded expectations-premium toiletries and even a Dyson hairdryer, a thoughtful touch that elevated the experience.
The bedding was plush and comfortable, and cleanliness was impeccable-every corner was spotless. The location was ideal, especially convenient for early flights or late arrivals.
Staff were warm and efficient during check-in. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. Highly recommended!

一進房間空調就是故障的非常熱 房間半夜三點看到蜘蛛在我的行李箱上 房間電話甚至打不通到前台 酒店人員一開始連更換房間都表現的很為難 更換後我要求延遲到我起飛時間再退房僅僅是差不多兩點退房 酒店方一直拒絕甚至衹表現的很為難説衹能到12點如果後面延時要給additional fees 甚至給錢也衹能續到一點説要打掃因為三點要新的客户check in 我再三強調溝通我完全沒睡好衹睡了五個小時甚至被逼到快哭了他們才勉強同意延遲到兩點半 而且全程態度表現的像受害者一樣像我在逼迫他們 如果我不進行基本維權甚至連個道歉都沒還問我有蜘蛛該怎麼解決 怎麼解決 我塞你嘴巴里可以嗎 温泉市假的一點鹹味都沒甚至連茶水壺影子都沒泡完出來差點脱水 我想不通在日元匯率貶值嚴重的情況下怎麼好意思收1800一晚上甚至在官網要三百多刀 簡直是** 典型的無良商家 在二樓完全密封沒窗户的酒店有蜘蛛衹能説明衞生有問題我想不到別的 所有人都不要來 對日本人和歐美顧客和中國人完全兩個態度 我不信如果我是日本人或者美國人他們不會給我日式跪地服務，竟然連道歉都衹説了兩句我都快到了被逼哭了我不懂也不想懂 總之我覺得所有人都不要去花這個冤枉錢如果大家是中國人的話去衹有被欺負的份！

優質的服務，是滿意的。原本定和式房間，因設施問題提前發郵件告知是否可以換標準間。標準間整體乾淨整潔，但被褥可能是陰乾的緣故，有點潮，睡的時候較為難受。希望貴酒店再接再厲。
