Great location with a few of restaurants nearby, family mart inside and able to walk to Aeon. Provide a free shuttle bus from/to airport.

Location is kinda far from Narita airport but they have free shuttle service. They said it’s more crowded in the morning so I had booked it before making a reservation for hotel room.
Also I didn’t know that I booked a room for three people.
Amenities are to me little disappointing since there was no bottled water, hand soap and shower cap.
My husband wanted to go to a pharmacy in an emergency situation, but then there was no Pharmacy near there around 22:00.
We arrived around 18:30, there were many restaurants opened in walking distance but no shopping mall kinda thing. We had dinner at the closest restaurant where you can get a good hamburg steaks and bread.
Hotel staffs were kind and friendly.

Best 3⭐️ Hotel in Narita. The location near to aeon supermarket, 24 hours 7eleven mart, narita station and narita shinshoji temple just by walk. This hotel have smooking rooms in floor 2 and have smooking area outside front of lobby. Have a family mart inside and the compact rooms have enough space for 2 person . I have stay in there for 3 times and i'll stay there again if i've landing in Narita airports.
The best part is the hotel can take care of my luggages and my packets.

Average hotel. Rooms on some floors were newer than others. We were promised complimentary parking space but on arrival were told we need to pay! Too tired to argue! Room size was small. 3 bedders were same size as 2 bedders with 3 beds squeezed in, had to walk like crabs. Will not stay here next time.

The hotel is 10minutes by car from station. Nice hotel with good amenities and accommodating staff. I recommend this hotel. 👍

This is my second time staying at this hotel and it was still great. Only downside would be if you wanted a hotel with a sauna. You can walk to the 7-11 downstairs or walk 5 mins to a bigger one. If you want to take the shuttle bus to the hotel from the airport they end at 21:55 and you can go to the airport every hour at x:30. Saves a lot of money instead of taxi.
