Although is a slightly old style hotel but overall experience is good. Free shuttle bus from and to airport is very convenient. Hotel has the tax free shop and convenience store.

Great location and they provide free shuttle bus to the airport. Check in person sounds impatient and room linens not clean. (Hair/fur on bedsheets & pillow case) No mineral water provided in room.

It is literally next to Terminal 3. Nice looking hotel with staffs having no problem with English. The room is sufficiently filled with necessaries. The room do not have any smell and is very warm especially after staying in Airbnb where it impossible to warm up the whole house. Have a weighting scale below the hotel as well. The Aeonmall nearby is very huge with Donki, uniqulo nearby. Will come back if I ever need to catch a morning flight out.

Chose this hotel due to super early flight and pleased with the free shuttle bus service pick up from airport to hotel and also send off. Very well organised. The check in was seamless and staff all super polite and nice. Rooms are the biggest in Japan with lots of space to move around and comes with King size bed. All toiletries provided. One thing to comment is such a big hotel don't provide water, so I find this a bit weird. So please bring own water if you come later than 10pm as there is a convenience store at the hotel but closes by then. Other than that it's a great hotel for a night stay.

Easy to go to Airport terminal 3, really clean room

Simple, clean and with basic amenities that satisfy the needs of travellers. Good!

They hv free shuttle bus from Narita Airports which makes it very easier for guests (fr 5am to 11.30pm). Quick check in and helpful staff. Room has two double bed which can sleep 4 pax. A Special thank to the Jap lady who was working on 26/10 early morning at 5.45am at the Hotel Bus Counter who helped me to find my passport in my room.. I was panicked n she followed me to our checked out room to help me find mt passport and she found it for me at a place which I would not hv searched. Domo-Arigato Gozaimasu! I am sorry I forgotten to ask for her name bcoz I was late for my flight.

The location is very convenient. You can go to the Hotel from Airport by shuttle or even on foot. If you arrive Narita in late evening, it is a good choice to stay in the Hotel a night before departing to other places. There is a convenient shop at lobby floor. It closes at 2230. So you can have you late super too.

This hotel is quite convenient and close to the airport. They even offer a shuttle bus service for pickup and drop-off at the airport. Highly recommended.
