The gym is 1650 yen per day and only opens at 2pm. Check out is at 11am or you will pay extra 2000 yen until 12pm. To me this does not make any sense if you have a late flight and want to use the spa gym after check out. The management team seems really out of order.
Also why do you put paper under fried chicken that needs to be cut with a knife? The paper gets soggy and then cut on this getting into the food. It’s such bad management because who else would change these obvious problems that are inefficient for the hotel? You can’t even use the gym spa after check out?? That blows my mind and the hotel is losing money from it. Also paper under a meal that needs to be cut? It’s so bad.. but the price is cheapest around and rooms work out with free shuttle that is very dependable. Those guys do a great job. The rest of employees are robots reading scripts treating you like another robot.

Very nice stay for work near the Narita airport. I won’t give a 5 star review to the amenities and service because you will pay everything here, even the gym that usually is for free in every hotel I went in Asian countries. Also no complementary bottles of water in the room which is very uncomfortable.

Was quite small, but the washing machine in the room was very convenient. And it was very near the train station. Many hidden gem eatery near it too like gyoza, Saba fish and katsu

The location is not super convenient, but they have free shuttle from hotel to airport each 30 min. The facilities are okay, and workers are very helpful. They have small convenience store and drug store inside hotel.

Bathrooms are small but is okay for a 1 night stay. There’s a free bus that takes you to the airport. Staff is helpful. There are shops inside the hotel which make it convenient

Very big room and near Narita airport with free transport transfer. Only about 2 trips per hour. Breakfast is considered as good. There are more varieties of food. Nothing around the hotel.

The hotel is cheaper than other hotels, but offers you a comfy stay. Out of every hotel that i stay in Japan, this is the best hotel for us.
the room is spacious, they have a good quality brand of soap, shampoo and conditioner. The amenities are free to take in the reception area.
They also have a free bus drive to airport which is very good for those who are afraid of losing the flight, since tokyo station to narita airport is far away.
