Great location, very close to the airport, bus provided from and to the airport. Room is big enough for 3 guests. Buffet is available for dinner.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be very conveniently located near the airport, which was a major plus. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was incredibly helpful and made our travel much easier.
However, the room's facilities were quite dated and not properly maintained. The air conditioning panel did not work as expected, making the room uncomfortably hot and stuffy. We had to request an electric standing fan to make the room bearable, which was quite disappointing.
On a positive note, the hotel does offer a free shuttle service to a nearby mall, which was a nice touch and added some convenience to our stay.
Overall, while the location and shuttle services were great, the condition of the room left much to be desired.

location is very near to Narita terminal 3. there’s shuttle bus service to and fro outside terminal 3. (photos fyi) room is definitely clean and big enough for all your last minute packing of luggage before flight. we got some instant food for the night and early morning next day. good choice for stayover before an early flight.

Close to airport and good for transit
Room is big, but the pillow just too soft and flat very hard to sleep. Sound proof not too good.
But overall worth to stay for transit needed
