Shuttle bus service very Nice and efficient! Location very convenient from airport to hotel !  Will  choose again by next trip

Clean and big dated hotel. Ard 100 rooms on each floor. Service is excellent but disappointed that the swimming pool is in awful state and closed for patrons.

good buffet breakfast, really appreciate the green juice supplement given too.

Good location with free shuttle service to and from the airport. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. A good place to stay near the airport.

Great rooms. Clean. Free drop off and pick i from Narita airport. Many restaurants offerings. Probably the best Narita airport hotel on offer

The room was big and quiet. There is a convenience store, cafe, and restaurant on 1st floor. There is a laundromat, too. There was no water in the room, but there is a container for ice. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport and the Aeon shopping center. I do not like smoke and the floor I was on did not smell like smoke; however, in the annex hallway it did smell like smoke and I had to walk through the connecting hallway to get to the ice machine. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet even included a supplement bar.

Great for a one night stay en route from Hokkaido back home. We took a taxi to nearby Aeon Mall which was very expensive but availed of the free hotel shuttle to get back. Unfortunately the shuttle does not run that often during the day. However in general no complaints and would choose this hotel again.

Overall is good for transit travellers. Clean room and good with free transport to airport and nearby station.

It was a fantastic overnight stay. Very convenient with the shuttle bus to the hotel. Reception was very helpful. Breakfast was really good. Definitely will stay again

A cool spot to experience UENO. The spot is close enough to a subway but still tucked away in a random alleyway. Clean rooms and polite staff. You can bring your girl and she will be happy with the choice. Breakfast is good too.

We didn’t know how to adjust the temperature cos it’s in Japanese and translation did not help The room looks cosy The bathroom is clean and spacious The service is good. Greeted with smiles. Big big hotel but it’s been around many years so it has the old feels to it. We stayed one night.

The Hotel is a Great stop, when you need to stay over Night for later airport destination. Therefore the Hotel has a nice breakfast and a every 30min shuttle transfer to the airport. The Interieur is a bit agy, but not bad.
