Had a good stay and everything was within expectation. At the front desk, Cheng was awesome and very helpful

Location is very near to airport and they provide free shuttle bus to airport. Good for a night stay if the flight is very early. The hotel is a bit old and wear and tear.

The staff were very accommodating, helpful and polite. They let us borrowed iron and ironing board. The laundry area was spacious. We recommend the hotel to other travelers.

.big room with extra table and chairs.overall experience will be ok for people who are going to stay there.

It was realy reay good if you have a flight at narita airport good hotel good location

Hotel is very close to narita airport and conveniently had airport shuttle for free. Rooms were well appointed with good amenities. They also offer shuttle to downtown but did not avail of it sinc we only stayed overnight. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Wish I could have tried the spa as well.

Near to Narita Airport, do have the shuttle bus to downtown for free which is very convenient. Towel changed everyday. Too notch service.

Wonderful hotel , very clean and well managed , good facilities, reception staffs are very kind and helpful.

Very recommended hotel. Have shuttle bus to go to airport and go to aeon mall. Great location and also great staff. Great for who want to rest while waiting for next flight.

A nice trip but started poorly cos I missed my first flight, but general evaluation it was an outstanding experience in japan

The hotel's location, shuttle service, and staff were commendable. However, the cleanliness inside the room was below average, and there was a strong unpleasant odor in the corridor. The amenities provided were very basic. Though it was quite cheap but would recommend adding few thousand and staying in nearby hotel.
