AIC was the closest hotel to Narita Airport. The service was excellent. They were very friendly and always willing to help. I felt very comfortable. and the room decoration is good. Traveling in Japan was more comfortable and easy than traveling in other countries. thank you

The hotel was not responsive to emails or calls - no way to reach them. Staff didn’t speak English so had a hard time communicating.

The room is clean and tidy, but the access is a bit too far. Although there is a free shuttle bus from the hotel, you need to take local bus when you come from the airport, which only comes once in 30mins.

The room is clean and tidy. The front desk can speak Chinese. You can book a shuttle bus to the airport. The driver is very friendly and helps with luggage. You can also take a free hot spring bath.
