basic and rudimentary. it's a little far from train station, so be prepared if arriving with many and/or heavy baggage. however, the main negative is that the woman at the front desk in the morning horrendously rude. i saw her mistreat two thai guests. completely unacceptable

The location is excellent, and the free breakfast was great considering the price we paid for the room! Would book here again if I happen to be in Tokyo again. I highly recommend for budget travelers.

Its an older hotel built at the same time as all the other Narita hotels. Its basic but they have done their best witj wjat they can do.
Friendly reception and sited on the quieter side of the JR station.
