Last stop before heading back. Room size is big, amenities provided were top notch. Even though room seems a little old but it’s alright for us. Breakfast was good as usual. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Will stay again for next trip.

Near narita airport and narita station can go to eel shop easily

The shuttles to and from the hotel are reliable and punctual but packed with people. The rooms are very old. Many airlines crew going around. That said, the people working here are good. If they’re willing to upgrade the hardware, renovate the rooms, and enhance the shuttle services, this hotel would be quite good.

This hotel is about 15 mins drive from airport. Hotel provide complimentary return transfer. Hotel is quite old and only good for transit stay.

Staffs are professional and helpful! Shuttle buses are available to downtown station and AEON Mall.

We actually booked this hotel before take off back to our homeland. Most airport’s hotel provide with shuttle bus. The room was spacious. The pillow was softest among all hotels we checked in at tokyo. But the best thing was when we walked around, there was a good restaurant nearby and we loved the foods.

The hotel offers free shuttle bus service to the airport and to the Aeon mall (although one trip to the mall was cancelled without prior notice). The room is spacious and offers full amenities. A thoughtful gesture - a caddy with eye mask and tea to promote great sleep. That is a great plus!

Second time I’ve stayed at this hotel, and I’ll stay there every night before my flight home from Japan. It’s a beautiful hotel, the staff are so welcoming and friendly and the airport shuttle is fantastic.

For a 1 night stay over to catch morning flight, this hotel is fine. It has free shuttle to and from Narita airport. Good that it has a convenient shop at the hotel lobby for us to grab some drinks and instant noodles for dinner. The bed is the best! Very comfortable and probably one of the best hotel beds I’d slept on 😜
