Absolutely terrible! Book through our RCI exchange network. RCI should be associated with this "resort"! Stayed 1 night and left. Should have known when we arrived to a parking lot full of trash. The dirty diaper near the main walk way to the entrance was a nice touch. The property is worn out, obviously not taken care of and neglected. Outdoor common areas and landscaping is not maintained. Our room was dated and aged. Broken furniture, inoperable fixtures, mold in the bathroom and hallway wall, a shower that drained so poorly that water overflowed onto the floor.... I can't stress how terrible this place is. After 1 night, we checked out. The manager was sitting behind the desk when we offered to explain why we were leaving, she looked up and shrugged. She declined to speak to us. Best decision we made was to leave and explore Puglia far away from this disaster!

It may have been a great place to stay… in the 60’s, because that’s probably the last time the rooms were updated. The couch in the “living area” was so old, I didn’t want to sit on it. There is a hot plate, likely also from the 60’s. Why bother. The bathroom is very old, the shower base is cracked. RCI should have dropped this property, it is an insult to the owners to even expect them to stay here. The dishware is ok, but the pots are ancient. No coffee maker or kettle. No dish soap. No corkscrew or wine glasses; we’re in Italy, for Pete’s sake! The plugs do not fit a North American to Europe adapter…except for one in the kitchen. Guess that’s where I’ll have to charge my devices. Too bad that, if you need to use a Cpap machine, you’re out of luck. The plug in the bedroom doesn’t fit the adapter. The list is endless. Do not stay here! The pool is nice-too bad it’s only open for 6 hours a day! From 10-1300, then 1500-1800. SHAME ON YOU RCI!

siamo stati benissimo bellissima struttura cibo spettacolare persone cortesi e gentili mare magnifico came pulititissima dentro e fuori ... piscina grande e spettacolare per un tramonto da favola x fare delle foto spettacolati ... da ritornare ci mancherete un bacione forte al grande capo Emanuele e Jola 😍

Siamo multiproprietari in questo residence ormai da 8/9anni....ne abbiamo visti passare di animatori e posso solo dire ragazzi veramente veramente grazie a tutti siete stati presenti ma mai pesanti e veramente mi riferisco a tutti un grazie speciale va però alle miniclub Giorgia e Giulia che hanno sopportato le mie figlie Nicole e Chloe nelle 2 settimane appena trascorse veramente un ottimo gruppo....vi auguro il meglio ragazzi perché ve lo meritate grazie ancora per tutto

Animazione fantastica capitanata da Lollo, un vero e proprio frontman! Un elogio speciale alle due ballerine, sempre pronte e sorridenti. Atmosfera familiare e vari servizi offerti, la cosa che più mi ha colpito è la presenza di bellissime persone dello staff che senza dubbio hanno reso la vacanza unica. Ci tengo a ringraziare lo staff di gea tourism, dall'animazione al bar (Valentina e Cristian prima di tutti) e sicuramente se dovessi tornare mi assicurerei prima di ritrovare lo stesso staff.
