Absolutely terrible! Book through our RCI exchange network. RCI should be associated with this "resort"! Stayed 1 night and left. Should have known when we arrived to a parking lot full of trash. The dirty diaper near the main walk way to the entrance was a nice touch. The property is worn out, obviously not taken care of and neglected. Outdoor common areas and landscaping is not maintained. Our room was dated and aged. Broken furniture, inoperable fixtures, mold in the bathroom and hallway wall, a shower that drained so poorly that water overflowed onto the floor.... I can't stress how terrible this place is. After 1 night, we checked out. The manager was sitting behind the desk when we offered to explain why we were leaving, she looked up and shrugged. She declined to speak to us. Best decision we made was to leave and explore Puglia far away from this disaster!

It may have been a great place to stay… in the 60’s, because that’s probably the last time the rooms were updated. The couch in the “living area” was so old, I didn’t want to sit on it. There is a hot plate, likely also from the 60’s. Why bother. The bathroom is very old, the shower base is cracked. RCI should have dropped this property, it is an insult to the owners to even expect them to stay here. The dishware is ok, but the pots are ancient. No coffee maker or kettle. No dish soap. No corkscrew or wine glasses; we’re in Italy, for Pete’s sake! The plugs do not fit a North American to Europe adapter…except for one in the kitchen. Guess that’s where I’ll have to charge my devices. Too bad that, if you need to use a Cpap machine, you’re out of luck. The plug in the bedroom doesn’t fit the adapter. The list is endless. Do not stay here! The pool is nice-too bad it’s only open for 6 hours a day! From 10-1300, then 1500-1800. SHAME ON YOU RCI!

Pessima vacanza... In primis le pulizie esterne...erba tagliata e rimasta nel viale di passaggio per 3 giorni... Il centro benessere dentro uno scantinato si puo dire nemmeno se me lo regalavano... Cibo pessimo e freddo... Animazione ragazzi alle prime esperienze che non sapevano k far fare ai bambini...e poi parte dai 4 anni non dai 3 come scritto nella descrizione... Navetta per il mare non è il trenino come fanno vedere in foto ma un "pulmino" a 9 posti

Struttura molto carina ed accogliente, personale simpatico e gentile ( 2 elementi che non guastano mai ), camere molto carine e funzionali super pulite ed arredate finemente, il sevizio di ristorazione offre una vasta gamma di pietanza tra terra e mare sempre fresca e variegata, sempre attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti in caso di intolleranze etc, spiaggia vicina raggiungibile con servizio navetta gratuito, la struttura è in una posizione strategica nel cuore del Salento. Ci rivedremo !!

Struttura accogliente, animazione per i miei bambini molto coinvolgente, personale gentile e camere ospitali. Un giusto rapporto qualità prezzo per un salento da sogno con un mare caraibico e dai colori irripetibili, altro che estero il mare fantastico è qui in Italia, consigliato per famiglie con bambini

Sono stato in questa Struttura lo scorso anno consigliata da un amico e sono rimasto veramente soddisfatto. Cibo ottimo, stanza pulite, personale cortese e preparato, ottimo il servizio di animazione. Punto mare davvero bellissimo. Ci tornerei molto volentieri

Villaggio con gradi potenzialità, buona animazione, stanze abbastanza ampie. A cornice di tutto c è il meraviglioso mare salentino, il servizio spiaggia è disponibile sia su piattaforma attrezzata che in spiaggia libera servita dalla navetta, nel secondo caso il Villaggio stesso fornisce ombrellone e lettini. Super consigliato

Résidence pas du tout au niveau du standing escompté en venant avec RCI et au vu des frais payés. Les deux semaines nous reviennent à plus de 2000 euros à cela on vous demandera 40 euros additionnels par personne et par semaine à l’arrivée. Pas commerçants pour un rond on nous a alloué un appartement en rdc plein nord, et pas de possibilité de nous changer malgré le fait que 70% de la résidence soit vide à cette époque. Aussitôt arrivés aussitôt repartis. Nous vous déconseillons forcément. Privilégiez les agriturismo ou autre masseria typiques de la région, il y pléthore d’options cent fois mieux que cette résidence vieillotte au personnel désagréable.
