L'accueil est chaleureux et le petit déjeuner de très bonne qualité (pain et viennoiseries qui ne sont pas industriels, fromage délicieux etc...) ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas chez Ibis Budget. Nous reviendrons l'an prochain !

Excelente relación calidad precio. Es un hotel muy sencillo pero para una estancia corta, está genial! El chico de la recepción es súper amable y siempre está dispuesto a resolver tus dudas o echarte una mano si hace falta! Por poner un pero, es que no tiene ascensor, pero nada grave. Y lo más, es el desayuno. Completo, con un comedor súper cómodo y bonito!

Stanza più ampia dello standard Ibis e bagno confortevole. Pulizia stanza molto buona. Peccato per i corridoi con la moquette sudicia. Colazione scarsa e di bassa qualità anche per Ibis Budget: stoviglie sporche, brioches immangiabili e cereali vecchi. Pavimento sala da colazione impresentabile.

Très bon accueil , le personnel sympathique est à l’écoute de nos demandes ( ne pas avoir une chambre côté route) petit déjeuner copieux et à volonté . Chambre très propre. Petit bémol pour le bruit de la ventilation dans la chambre.Adresse à retenir.

Hôtel correct avec l’essentiel . Très bien pour dormir une nuit pendant le trajet de voyage, proche de l’autoroute et avec parking privé. Les chambres sont corrects ainsi que les installations de l’hôtel. Nous recommandons cet hôtel si vous êtes en voyage.

El hotel es básico y está limpio, no está mal. El gran problema es que, a pesar de que para acceder al parking hay una cancela para huéspedes, me he encontrado todo el coche rayado (frente, laterales y parte de atrás). Al no haber recepción de noche (llegamos a las 22.00 y no había nadie) hay una falta de vigilancia catastrófica.

Demande d'annulation plusieurs mois en avance à ibis narbonne sud pour raison impérieuse, le gérant ne veux pas rembourser il garde l'argent et va surlouer, bravo... j'avas pas d'option annulation apparemment, mais je vois pas ce que ca change 2 mois en avance, c'est vraiment pas honnête je trouve, et vous?

Nous avons passé une nuit réservée à l’avance .A notre arrivée pas possible de prendre notre chambre à 14 h il a fallu attendre 16 h que la réception ouvre ça encore cela passer mais les fourmis dans le lit c’était une horreur J’ai été piqué de partout.Avant de partir nous sommes allés à la réception pour le signifier mais même pas des excuses de la réceptionniste.C’est la première fois que je suis déçue d’un Ibis.
