This is not a hotel. It is more like a two-star hostel for backpackers. The place is a dump. We checked in, paid, and then asked for a refund after seeing our rooms, and we got nothing back. We drove off and lost our money. I would very, very strongly recommend you view the hotel and rooms before you even consider going to this "hotel". The manager informed us that it is not officially a hotel but apartments. It has not been refurbished for years and looks tired and the carpets are filthy and threadbare. Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere unless you are 18 and looking for a place to crash for the night. It is not for couples looking for a romantic weekend. Avoid !!

Nice friendly staff, large comfortable rooms with great terraces, small kitchen and jacuzzi. Great breakfast spread with lots of choices. Unlike other reviewers I did not find the rooms tired although yes the very tall windows in the entrance are quite spectacularly badly cleaned, something very evident when eating breakfast as the sunlight streams through. The cleaning is I agree somewhat eccentric in the rest of the hotel and the rooms, maybe they were short staffed. Lovely place to chill for a few days, a bit like being in a huge tree house, as long as you are laidback about such things as house keeping.

Excellent hotel clean welcoming and very friendly staff the Prestige 218 suite is superb with its very pleasant jacuzzi beautiful terrace very good bedding we also recommend the hotel restaurant good value for money the hotel is very well located for visiting Narbonne the center is at about 15 to 20mm on foot beautiful walk along the canal We will come back without hesitation and with pleasure

We were 3 couples and we chose the island of Gua to spend the end of year holidays in Narbonne. We discovered a magnificent establishment, suite with Jacuzzi, large bed, perfect bedding, exemplary cleanliness. In addition, welcoming, attentive, friendly staff. We chose to celebrate New Year's Eve in the adjoining restaurant. Succulent meal, of very high quality, congratulations to the chef, impeccable service under the direction of a friendly professional butler full of humor, all accompanied by a magnificent jazz orchestra. Really thank you for the good times you gave us. We will come back. The establishment on the edge of a lock on the Routine Canal in a superb setting, is a 20-minute walk from the historic center of Narbonne

pas du tout un 4*,je pense que ce grade est donné par le jacuzzi dans chaque chambre,mais cela ne fait pas tout ! Aucune décoration,moquette tachée,clim défaillante dans ma chambre ( problématique en canicule de juillet),cela me fait penser à un établissement qui a certainement du etre beau mais qui tombe en désuétude par manque d'entretien. Bref,attendez-vous à un 2*

Tout est parfait chambre propre, spacieuse et très bien équipé avec terrasse privative, belle vu sur le canal sans vis à vis, jacuzzi pour la détente où coté romantique, coin kitchenette pratique, belle salle de bain. Le top en literie très confortable king size. Le cadre est magnifique, reposant avec jardin extérieur entouré de végétation, le canal et ses canards et poissons et pas loin du centre ville 15mn à pieds le long du canal. Parking souterrain spacieux et gratuit. Petit déjeuner très complet et le repas à la brasserie du moulin exellent avec des menus de qualité. Nous nous sommes régalés. Le personnel très serviable, aimable et à l'écoute du client. Je recommande vivement et nous reviendrons sûrement.
