This was the worst accommodation we ever visited. We arrived late. The host not on time. Then the nightmare began. The room was not cleaned at all, even the sheets in bed seemed to be used. Fair, dust, dirt everywhere. No airconditioning as shown, no WIFi. I sat on a chair all night. Next morning madame was not at the agreed location. No contact by phone. Not on any SMS. Dear visitors of Narbonne, don't make use of this accommodation. Madame only wants to collect money. Horrible!

We booked this place for one night during a cycling trip. About 3 weeks before the stay we contacted the owner to tell them that we were arriving on bikes and asking if our bags could be dropped off by the bag carrying company earlier that day. No reply. The day before arrival we received a message from the bag carrying company saying there was a problem: we couldn't arrive before 5:30 pm. Owner then contacted us to tell us that arrival before 5:30 might be possible and we could still arrive earlier in case. Also assured us that there would be a place to leave our bikes for an extra 10 Euros. We had to arrange with the bag carrying company to meet them at the property at 4 pm to collect our bags. Waited with bikes and bags from 4 pm until 5:30 for owner to arrive. then told us that there was nowhere to leave our bikes. When we asked why things had changes, she decided to lock us out. Neighbours told us that travellers sitting outside waiting to be let in was a common occurrence. Had to find another place.

Je n'avais pas pris connaissance des avis précédents pour avoir ma propre opinion. Bien mal m'en a pris car je peux confirmer les dires des autres voyageurs. Le ménage n'était pas fait (poussières sur les plinthes, les étagères, les meubles, les tables de nuit, le volet électrique), le sol de la salle de bain n'était pas nickel, l'aspirateur n'etait pas passé non plus dans la chambre, la porte grincait. J'imaginais chambre côté jardin avec vue sur la verdure (juste les tuiles du toit du rdc). J'avais posé la question pour l'accès à la chambre pour Pmr (personne à mobilité réduite) : juste quelques marches ! En tout une quinzaine de marches dans un escalier un peu raide, possibilité d'accéder à la piscine (pas 3x4 mètres mais un petit haricot pour se tremper). Ben non car l'eau avait tourné avec la chaleur, pas d'anticipation de la part des propriétaires pour traiter l'eau. Pas trop de choix pour le petit déjeuner. Le seul point positif est la proximité du centre ville.

À éviter absolument. La chambre — ou plutôt le débarras — est si encombrée qu’on ne peut même pas y poser un sac. L’odeur d’humidité mêlée à celle d’un chien mouillé est insupportable. La propreté laisse clairement à désirer, et la poussière règne en maître. Un seul conseil : partez tant qu’il en est encore temps.
