Great wine and location. Free wine tasting on site. Free bike hire to ride into Guissan or further to Narbonne along cycle track. Lots of activities to do things put on by the hotel and also around the surrounding areas.

Fantastic accommodations (private villas), amazing views and scenery. Staff is very friendly and the pool has stunning views. Ladies at the pool bar (Charlotte, Léa and Olivia) were also great, and never shy of making a nice ice cream for our 4-yr old daughter!

We couldn't have been happier throughout our week at Chateau Capitoul. The level of thought, care and attention applied to everything was second to none, with the most stunning surroundings and villa views to die for! It almost feels like a hidden gem, with us only finding out about this company through a friend's recommendation, and we have already told many others about it too. Well suited for couples, friends, families and business.

What a stunning hotel! The location and view make this chateau a must visit! The pool has wonderful views, a pool bar, comfy chairs and peace and quiet! We visited in July and it was very peaceful and it didn't feel busy at all! The rooms are comfortable and the staff are wonderful! We can't wait to return!

8/3 We went there to have a drink. Not a windy day today. All the umbrellas were closed Their terrasse is in full sun.we were told they were worried about rafales. The two young waitresses present obviously seemed to need some training and learn how to smile and talk to the customer. This was not my first visit, the fist time was a total different experience

Loved our very spacious, comfortable villa with beautiful views and pool. Walked, cycled and explored the beautiful surrounds and towns. Relaxed and took in the lake and vineyard views. The perfect family break

I stayed 3 nights in one of the villas with my mother, sister and sister in laws and we had such an amazing experience. The site itself is stunning, the decor of all of the villas and restaurants is so tasteful and the landscaping on the grounds is so sympathetic to the surroundings. The infinity pool overlooking the vineyards is magnificent. The food was outstanding, local produce expertly handled and the staff were really accommodating and knowledgeable. We were given excellent recommendations for local restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend Chateau Capitoul for anyone looking for a luxury relaxing retreat.
