We have stayed here before a few times , this visit sadly hasn't been the best . Our stay this time was in room 2 ( listed as a superior room) the room itself is nicely decorated( it does have a creaking floor) but a comfortable bed. If you stay here i would try to avoid this room if you want a peaceful stay ! It has been the noisiest room we've stayed in . From the room next door (if its occupied) you will hear clearly every bathroom abolution and full conversations it's incredible what we've heard right down the the stirring of tea cups !! Also when ever anyone leaves the room next door , the door bangs very loud This room 2 is just at the top of the main flight of stairs, and directly outside this room on the main landing there is a sofa seating area where sadly, on our stay NYE party guests decided to linger and chat at 01.00am . This hotel is a very nice hotel and a perfect stay for the beautiful town of Narberth , and a lovely breakfast too , in the past we have had pleasent stays but sadly on this occasion we haven't had a nice stay in room 2 , if we do stay again next year we will be certainly avoiding this room 2.

Celebrated my 80th Birthday with a lunch for family and friends. The meal was excellent, really delicious. The staff went out of their way to meet our needs and to make sure all went well. Care was taken to ensure everyone was served promptly with piping hot food. .All who attended said how much they had enjoyed the day.

Stayed 1 night in September 24. Good - free car parking and car electric chargers available, good location in Narberth near new food hub, easy check in, nice public areas, clean room, warm room, clean bathroom Bad - tv in room smaller than most hotels provide otherwise nothing of note, did not have food so can’t comment on restaurant

We visited the Plas for a 2 nights stay for a wedding. Everything was easy on check in, staff are really helpful all round. All good, breakfast, dinner and wedding food was amazing and the portions are staggeringly generous! Can’t wait to return. The hotel rooms are cute and quirky but need a little upgrade in some aspects, this didn’t bother us as they were clean and homely. The wedding was fantastic, again the staff were on it and everything was perfect.

Nice looking Hotel with a lovely outside area. We booked the last room available at short notice. Room was very very hot as it was on the ground floor didn’t feel we could leave the windows open over night for security reasons this made it impossibly hot. Bed not very comfortable. We could hear every movement from the room above I mean everything even when going to the toilet !! The staff were back & forth smoking outside which then came through the window which was unpleasant. We did think okay we had the last room so this maybe the worse room in the hotel this can happen when you leave it late to book. The breakfast looked great on the menu but choice wasn’t very healthy no porridge which is a basic. We ordered poached egg on toast which was awful cheap bread and was wet & soggy making it inedible. Asked for the thick granary toast which was on the menu but was told we don’t have it. Some guest had the cooked breakfast they like us wait a long time for it to finally arrive. The service and food offered was poor which is a shame especially as we have had food in the evening at The Plas on several occasions whilst staying in the area in the past, this had been of a good quality & standard which was why we opted to actually stay the night on this occasion The staff serving the breakfast were pleasant but really didn’t seem to know anything about what was available and also failed to bring items which were ordered. Would we stay again ? possibly if we had a room which was quieter without the over head creaking floor etc Probably would not bother with the breakfast would go else where as there are some very nice food establishment offering great value breakfast with quality toast and healthier options which is a pity

The room was ok but a little tired and well worn . Mattress was very firm which wasnt for me but thats just my personal preference . Great location though to the pretty little town that had everything we needed . Upon arrival we were asked what time we would like breakfast. We wanted an early start so asked for 8 am . We were the 1st to arrive for breakfast and ordered a cook breakfast . Waited for 1hr 10 mins for it to arrive . Nearly walked out because we were running late by then .Staff very polite but seemed really busy catering for room orders

Dusty rooms. Mouldy walls in the bathroom. Stained carpets throughout entire premises. Mattress was comfortable but creaked. They put families up in the attic.. we had a 5 month old baby who found it hard to sleep in 25 degrees in the room... we couldn't open the tiny velux window without letting all the light in as the blind is attached to the window. None of us slept well. Not a hotel issue, but another guest was clearly smoking in their bathroom, as the cigarette smoke was travelling up through the bathroom pipes and into our attic room. Upon booking we were told there would be toiletries... none were provided, and domestic staff explained there are none available. The staff are lovely, but understaffing is a serious issue. Waiting 45+ minutes for one cooked breakfast to be served.... cold. Small portions, not great quality food. Served spoilt warm milk. Wouldn't stay here again.

A funeral reception. Very nice large room with a bar and ample and comfortable outside seating. An ideal serving of sandwiches, sausage rolls, etc. We order tea and coffees throughout the afternoon with no trouble and the prices were ok. Plenty of free parking.
