Hotel staff were very nice and helpfull.
The hotel is too close to the train line. Trains woke us up all night, room 611, 612.
Pay attention during the booking on the Trip app. I was looking for 2 rooms with queen beds for the 4 of us.
After payment the whole booking process ended with 2 single-room booking confirmations.
It was not possible to change the booking for free. Cancelation costs 70USD.
The Trip Customer service promised to cover all lost related but next day they decided that it was not thier fault at all.
I sent them screens which show that the queens room allows acomodation for 2 people. Did not help
The gave me some trip coins which did not cover losts.
The whole story ends, the Trip got me into trap.
I have not other way than lost all money I paid already or pay 70 USD extra fee directly to the hotel.

Private parking for 1500 yen until next day 11:00,
Close to Nara park ,have free ramen at night , the matcha latte was creamy and smooth.

Best hotel I stopped in during my whole time in Japan. Everything about this Japanese hotel was excellent. The hotspring was incredible, the free snacks, post Onsen ice Lolly's and noodles went above and beyond. Absolutely loved it.

I stayed at this hotel recently and had a very unpleasant encounter with one of the front desk staff. Around 8 AM, the female staff member standing in the middle position was extremely rude and impatient. When I told her I would collect my suitcase between 12:00 and 14:00, she only wrote down “12:00” without confirming and gave me a very unfriendly look.
Later, she asked me to lower my suitcase handle, but her English was unclear, and when I didn’t understand, she repeated it with even more frustration. Only after I looked upset did she reluctantly say “sorry.”
As a foreign guest, I felt like I was treated differently—there seemed to be a clear lack of respect and possibly even discrimination. This hotel is not welcoming to international travelers, and the service was far below expectations for a hotel in Japan.
I do not recommend this hotel and will not stay here again
