チェックイン対応も良くスムーズでした。大浴場があったおかげでゆっくり温まる事が出来ました。また、アメニティが豊富で迷ってしまう程でした。お部屋の床が板の間だったので、季節的に少しひんやりで残念でした。

部屋は清潔でした。
近所に美味しい小料理屋さんもあり飲んでも徒歩で帰れるのは便利でした。しかしながら、ボイラー故障で朝からお湯も出ず、トイレも使えずフロントに確認するまで、アナウンスもありませんでした。たまたま2階の共同トイレだけ奇跡的に水が利用できたので、何とかなりましたが、朝の身支度ができず大変困惑してました。フロントに行くと水を無料で配布されてましたが、こちら側が行って初めて渡すといった対応でした。
老朽化は仕方がないことですが、系列ホテルに誘導するなど、何かしら対策はあったのではないでしょうか。寝るだけだったので選んだホテルだったのですが、もう少しきちんとしたホテルを選ばなかった自分を反省してます。

車で行ったので駐車場無料なのがよかったです。目的地のコンベンションホールまで歩ける距離だったので助かりました。
大浴場もレトロな雰囲気で気持ちよかったです。

駅から遠かったが、目の前にバス停があり、奈良駅までスムーズに移動できた。サービスは並程度でしたが、端的で過不足ない。また、泊まりたいホテルでした。

立地も良く、無料駐車場があり、周囲にはコンビニはもちろんレストランもあり、平城宮も近く、奈良市街地有名観光地も近く、チェックアウトも11時で大変ゆっくりさせていただきました。ありがとうございます。ただ難を言うなら、お部屋のトイレが窮屈で暗くて蓋が無く、メイクは洗面所では出来なかったです。それだけが残念です。

ツイン部屋に一人だったので、広く感じました。
フリードリンクのサーバーや、緑茶や紅茶のティーバッグも用意されていて好印象。
朝食バイキング（￥1100）のおかず等はまあまあ普通だったが、みそ汁は刻み葱を自分で椀に入れないと、具なしにの味噌汁に。
残念だったのは、ユニットバスの洗面場所に電源コンセントがなくドライヤーが使えないこと。
鏡は洗面場所にしか無く、電源コンセントがあるテーブル前の壁には鏡がないので、髪を整えることができませんでした。
フロントの方に部屋に来てもらって、電源コンセントが無いことを確認してもらいました。
そのため、施設の評価を普通（顔３つ）にしましたが、やや甘いかもしれません。
