服務非常到位，露天温泉也超棒。缺點是房間隔音效果不好，好在入住的客人素質很高基本不影響，唯一不能接受房間內沒有衞生間🚻，除了這點其他滿分！

We picked this place because it had Onsen and had the traditional Ryokan look. Despite the note that the place had shuttle bus from the station, they had limited runs and it was not explained properly. They sent a long Japanese letter but this only said that they wanted to know when we would arrive but had no information on the transportations. Since the hotel restaurant was open per reservation, we had to look for restaurants around the hotel. It was very inconvenient. Onsen was open 6-9 a,m and we had to vacate the place by 10 a.m after breakfast so we didn't get to use the Onsen in the morning. T.T Also, since the heater was blowing from the ceiling, temperature was warm when I stood up. But it was very cold sleeping on futon on the floor over night. Probably, it makes sense to visit this place during summer and not during winter. Breakfast buffet was good though.

国道沿いにあるためかクルマの走行音がやや気になる。眺望はこの国道がメインであり、全く雰囲気がない。また設備・建屋とも年季が入っており、リニューアルは感じられるが使い勝手は悪い。ベットは狭く、かつ、マットが3段積み上げられており、寝ているとずれてしまう。食事は大きな問題はなかったが、払った金額を考えると少々物足りなさを感じる。総合的に見てこんもホテルは使い勝手が悪く、次泊まろうとは思えないホテルであった。

安く泊まれたので全体的には満足でした。 星が3.5 ぐらいなところです。 部屋は古めです。朝食会場がバイキングになりましたが、とにかく狭く、どういう順番に並んでいるかわからないので客同士が喧嘩になりそうだった。 古代チーズが置いてあり初めて食べました。 温泉の照明が薄暗く一人で入ると少し怖かったです。

11月下旬、奈良をゆっくり観光したことないな～もあったし ゆこゆこでのふぐコースプランが1万円でおつり来るお値段で 出ているのを見つけたこともありこのご時世、近場旅行にぴったり！ このホテルは宿泊サイト等でよく見かけるので知ってはいました。 夕食プランがてっちり含む5品のプラン、プラス２間の広い部屋へ 無料グレードアップ！大変楽しみにしていたのですがガッカリです。 何がって、肝心のフグが酷い！フグなのか何なのか解らんほど クターっとへちゃーっとしており活などはお値段だけに期待しては いませんがあまりにもくたびれ鮮度のかけらも無く気持ち悪かった。 てっさなど今まで見た事の無い身でプリっ、も歯ごたえも無し。 いちばん食べれたのは唐揚げでした。 極めつけはてっちりの最後に雑炊をするとき、初めにセルフで作る などの説明も何もないのでテーブルの端に置かれた雑炊セットを 自分でするんだろうな？と思いながら作り始め仕上がり、お椀に よそいかけた時おちょこくらいの小さい器に茶色の液体、 通りすがりのスタッフに尋ねたら雑炊の出汁です、って！！ もう作ったやんか！何の説明もくれへんで解らんでしょ！？ と怒鳴ってしまいました。本当に不親切！ 一度よそった雑炊を鍋に戻し、出汁を入れてかき混ぜて 食べなおしました！私が選んだホテルとプランで、主人にも 今夜はフグよ～と楽しみにさせてしまって申し訳ない気持ち。 フグをチョイスしたお客は２，３組居たようですが普通の 会席プランにするべきだったとこんなに後悔したことは無い程 ひどいフグでした。きっとスタンダードなプランは普通に 美味しく頂けたのだろうからこんな評価になってしまいましたが この印象で２度目はないな、となってしまいますのでもう少し 値段を上げてもまともなフグを出した方が良いと思います。 露天風呂もパンフやネットの写真と違いすごく狭いです。 熱めとゆう人もいらっしゃいますが私の時はぬるくてお風呂で 身体が冷えてしまうほどです。アップグレード？の部屋は正直 普通の部屋で良かったかも…壁が傷だらけで古くて。 朝ご飯はバイキングになったらしくレストランが狭く他の お客さんもこんな場所でするなよ！とか文句言ってました。 茶粥が常温くらいにぬるくて(冷えてる)熱いのを食べたい。 ただ夜にロビーラウンジで奈良の鹿のお話をスタッフさんが してくれるのですが大変面白く奈良愛にあふれ、語りも楽しく 最後まで興味深くお話を聞かせて頂きました。 自分の夕食チョイスが失敗だったのだと考えることにしましたが 色んな企画で努力されているホテルだと知っていましたので 今回は残念でした。
