It's about 5 minutes from Kintetsu Nara Station and about 10 minutes from JR Nara Station. It's one house away from Kamisanjomachicho intersection, and although it's close to the main road, there was no noise and I was able to relax. It's also close to the station and downtown, so I think the location is excellent.
Although it's not a 1-second check-in on trip.com, the reception was smooth and I didn't feel any stress. On the way out, you just need to return your card to the machine for a 1-second check-out?
The room is small, with just one bed, but it's not a problem if you're just going to sleep.
There is also a coin laundry, which I didn't use this time, but I think it would be convenient for long trips.
