I use it well. It is very cozy, the room is large and relaxing and comfortable. There are amenities, and you can rent hair care supplies! The shower in the bath is miraculous, and the dryer and hair iron are also happy with the Rifa product.

This is a very convenient modern hotel if visiting the science park on business. 10 minutes walk away. The Kansai airport bus literally stops at the main entrance. The hotel is large but at the time of visiting pretty quiet. There didn't appear to be an any additional restaurant or bar that was open other than for breakfast. However there is a large out of town shopping area with a number of ok restaurants about 7 or 8 in a row that open late that is literally 10 minutes walk away. We tried 5 of these in our week long stay but honestly nothing stood out. The nearest train station is a good 45 minute walk away so getting a taxi is essential really. However, Nara is only 20 minutes away from Shin Hososo station when you eventually get there. Worth the effort for a bit of life. The hotel breakfast was mixed Japanese and Western which was actually pretty good and probably the highlight of the stay. Rooms were basic, large and quite cool which was actually quite welcome compared to some of the overly stuffy rooms that modern hotels tend to have. Overall functional. But the surrounding area is pretty bleak and very quiet walking around after hours. This may have been the time of year but somehow I doubt it.

I was looking for a spacious place to relax in my room during my stay, so I decided to stay here. There is a hot spring, but I made a reservation without knowing that I would be able to use it until 10 p.m., and the nearby restaurants close early at night, so I prioritized dinner and checked in, so I couldn't get up early in the morning. In the end, it was not possible to use it. The room I stayed in was really spacious and had several large sofas so I was able to spend a relaxing time. There was no problem with the room itself, but there was an inexplicable smell in the hallway on the accommodation floor, probably due to disinfection. I think the building is valuable because it feels like a good old big hotel from the Showa era. I thought it was a good time as the shop in front of the front desk was stocked with a variety of items. There was a convenience store within walking distance, so I didn't feel inconvenienced.

We stayed for 4 nights to walk on Nara Yamato Road. It was a relatively long night, but it was unexpectedly comfortable. The single room was small, the window glass was polished, there was no outside scenery, and there was a feeling of closure, but the flow line of the clothes hanging was good, and the number of hangers was large and convenient. After all, there was a bathhouse for men and women, which was very useful for the tired body of walking. The free Japanese-Western breakfast buffet is simple, but the contents of the side dishes are changed little by little every day, and it was delicious. I was grateful that it was a 500ml water service in the morning. It is very convenient because it is close to JR Nara Station and the station building is equipped with ion supermarkets, shopping malls and restaurants. There is a microwave on the first floor of the hotel where you can eat and drink in your room. It was simple overall, but it was very functional and I was able to stay very comfortable alone.

After all, it's good to be close to JR Nara Station. It's about ３ on foot. The parking lot at the hotel is three-dimensional, so you can rest assured in terms of security. It may feel a little narrow for two people. The semi-double bed is just right hard and comfortable to sleep in. Instead of having no curtains on the windows, it is a shoji door. The room with this atmosphere is also good sometimes. There are coin laundry and vending machines on the 5th and 9th floors (on the 1st floor), microwave ovens on the 1st and 5th floors, and free ice making machines on the 5th floor, so it is convenient for long-term stays. There is a convenience store nearby and there is a shopping street and a restaurant to go to Nara Station, so it is enough to stay without meals. A perfect hotel for traveling with your wallet.

The transportation is not very convenient. After getting off the subway, I pushed my suitcase for more than 800 meters. I didn't expect such a high-end hotel in the middle of the night. The room was particularly good. When checking in at the front desk, the staff were very polite and considerate. They clearly reminded me of the traffic conditions and timetable for the next day's trip, as well as the last bus time that I should pay attention to. There are also many Western-style restaurants. There is a large supermarket in JR Nara Station, where you can meet your needs for food and supplies. There are one-day transportation tickets for sale. Even a half-day 500 yen one-day ticket is still needed to go to Kasuga Taisha Shrine, Todaiji Temple, and museums. The transportation hub at the east station entrance starts at 220 yen per trip. Note that starting from December, many temples and shrines close at 4:30 and no one is allowed in after 4:00. Don't take a car to go to Horyuji Temple. Take the Yamato Line from Platform 2 of the JR Line for three stops and walk for 20 minutes; Platform 4 to JR Kyoto takes 48 minutes.

デイユースで利用しました。12時間滞在で3500円、さらのデイユースプランでも朝食がつきます。個人的にアボカドと鶏肉の炒め物が美味しかったです。スムージーまで用意されていて満足できました。 　 　 　 お部屋は窓の外がビルの壁しかない部屋と、景色が広い部屋があるので、あらかじめ景色の広い部屋をリクエストしたほうがいいです。一階のカフェスペースも10時以降自由に使えてコーヒー飲み放題でした。テレワークでこの宿はオススメできます。
