Beautiful hotel with heated pool and great rooftop. The area has local restaurants and is less touristy than Groeme. A lot of the tours will pick you up from there as well. The rooms are each every different, try for an upper floor. Even though there are more stairs, they are quite interesting. The morning breakfast was freshly made with lots of variety.

- The hotel has a unique style of exotic architecture and, it’s all made from cave. - It’s a good experience once in a life time, to try to sleep in a cave. Specially if you have kids or honeymooners. Although, I was a solo traveler but, I love it. - Day one was a bit scared my room was number (1) which is the oldest cave and, big&wide for one person. After knowing it goes back to more than 11,000 years ago. I felt am sleeping inside the history. - Hotel is a family business hotel, I met nice girls Sarah in the cooking class & Shaimaa sweet girl at the reception. - Everyone here very friendly and attentive, they can communicate in English the youngest employees. But, they are all extremely helpful. - Hotel can arrange pick up and drop off, as well as, private taxi to be transported anywhere around. - Location: it’s around (19-mins to Goreme city) Shaimaa helped a lot. - I booked tours and Turkish bath from the hotel . They also manage my transport to most of places I visit. - Breakfast: The entire food is organic and fresh from their farm. The hotel buffet have wide variates of olives that melts into your mouth. They sell home made tomatoes for cooking and various types of James. - Cooking class: if you like to interact with tourist, as well as, learn about Turkish food to take it back with you to your country that’s right place to go even if you will not stay at the hotel due to over bookings. Thanks for all the stuff and the team
