前台服務很熱情。但，也是有問題的。入駐後發現製氧機有問題，而後，保安夾着香煙進房間修了一下，説修好了，我沒感覺有氣體出來，他説就是這樣的。到了半夜製氧機連泡泡都沒有了。由於，沒有吸氧，白天出現高反。總體上酒店設施陳舊

酒店比較老，設施很舊，那曲海拔很高，酒店氧氣還不錯，高反嚴重一早上就出發了，早餐沒吃不知道怎麼樣。前台服務還可以。

設施：有氧氣供應，但是有時間限制晚上7點才開始供應。其他設備能用，洗澡水也挺暖和，但是整體設備能感覺出來比較舊了，我住的這間鏡子是裂開的，馬桶按鍵不太靈活會卡住，洗澡的沐浴頭輕輕一擰就鬆開了
衞生：還算乾淨吧
環境：一般
服務：還不錯
吃飯：他們家的早餐很好吃菜品豐富！

第二次入住，房間感覺還可以。就是停車場離酒店有100米左右，車位不多，如果這邊停滿了要停另外的停車場去更遠，我們還好停在這邊。停好車要穿小巷子到酒店側門，拉着行李不太好走，早餐也比較簡單。由於那曲海拔高，當晚沒有洗澡，洗澡水情況不太清楚。

房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全好用，氧氣充足，床墊舒適，早餐品種多樣，服務周到，態度好，環境優雅，住宿富氧酒店減少了高原反應

總體OK，外觀看上去有點臟，房間還行。可以免費停車，但停車的地方到酒店要穿過小巷，高高低低的，對那大箱子的我們不太友好。酒店大堂甚至電梯裏都有人抽煙！免費歡迎水果是要了才來送的。

酒店自己的停車場沒有位置，讓我們停在酒店西邊的收費停車場，退房的時候還給報銷了停車費，這一點讓我感覺非常人性化，值得推薦。
