幾次西藏自駕遊那曲住過幾次，這家酒店自己感覺在當地酒店中非常滿意，房間設施，用品都是較高水準，服務態度親切不做作。早餐也很不錯，只是早上就餐為什麼餐廳沒有暖氣，有些冷。出發前隨手拍了幾張照片，希望酒店越做越好。

來過那曲幾次，第一次住這個酒店，我個人認為是那曲最好的酒店，環境，空間都非常好，特別是在4500米的高原上面有製氧和地暖，半夜室內温度能達25度，非常舒適。

從來沒有給過差評，但這次就得説説了，這個什麼破酒店，前台服務還行，但不是什麼專業，辦理入住就得等好幾分鐘，然後説客服衞生，也是很不打標，尤其是房間死角和床頭有很多毛髮，按摩椅裏麪也有，公共衞生間馬桶不乾淨，我也不知道，這個酒店價格又這麼高。保安這次又不讓停地面。體驗感很不好的一家酒店。本來一起有幾個低海拔的區來的朋友，特意推薦，沒想到一整夜沒有氧氣。難受死！

服務差的一比，把車停門口放東西酒店保安跟****一樣不讓停，不讓停在哪卸東西？剛進酒店就看見別的客人在前台罵街，可見服務多差，簡直**。到房間給前台打電話要水和拖鞋，四十分鐘送不上來，打了三次電話，****前台就告訴你送了，東西見不着，500塊錢一天酒店不如路邊幾十小旅館，垃圾酒店破氧氣*用沒有，後來又給推個機子上來.
