1. It is very easy to find, just opposite the train station. You just need to walk straight to the train station. 2. The breakfast is the biggest highlight of this trip. The environment is good and very exquisite. Because the ingredients are fresh, the taste of breakfast and dinner is very good. 3. The room is clean and comfortable. There is a small balcony facing the train station. 4. Because it is near the train station, the environment around the hotel is very poor. The bed is super comfortable, the breakfast is great and it's nice having a little balcony. Trip.com says the room has a kettle but it doesn't. In the winter it would be nice to have a kettle as well as slippers to walk on the cold marble floor, especially since I can't control the heat as it's controlled by the front desk. The front desk staff are very helpful with ordering taxis with flat rates so you won't get cheated.

The location is great, right next to Napoli Centrale, the ferries and most points of interest are an easy walk away, the service is perfect, an older type of hotel, which is the best option in Italy in my opinion. Would stay again without a doubt.

Booked a sea view room, which was great. The morning sun shines into the room every morning. The front is Ovo Castle, and the balcony has a great view. The hotel is quite standard, and the breakfast room has a double sea view. It is convenient to go to various attractions from here, and there are taxis outside; there are many choices for dining and coffee shops nearby. The service at the front desk is very friendly, especially Rossella, who is very nice, has excellent English, and helped me figure out the route to the ruins of Pompeii by public transportation and the round-trip train schedule. It's great! I highly recommend this hotel.

Love our stay! The hotel is clean and smells good! Although the location wasn’t far from the Napoli Train Station, but walking over there with our luggages was horrible because the road is all damaged. Thanks to Cristian, our mood lifted as he was funny and very informative when explaining us where to visit in Naples. Thank you Cristian for making our stay so much better!

I really liked the Piazza Garibaldi location. I got off the train from Rome at night and was able to walk to this hotel in under 5 minutes. Woke up in the morning, got a coffee and a croissant from Via G Pica a block over, then spent my day walking down Via dei Tribunali. It's about a mile down that road to get to Museo Archeologico Nazionale, but along the way checked out Pio Monte della Misericordia (with its famous Caravaggio masterpiece Le sette opere di Misericordia), the Duomo, Cappella Sansevero, and took one of the archeological tours. Then came back and had dinner at one of the many lively restaurants that line the street along the Piazza. You won't find this place in any tour book, but the accommodations were a good value for the price and a nice strong air conditioner kept me pretty comfortable during the hot summer nights.

Although the Naples train station is always said to be unsafe, the hotel itself is still very safe. You can see the hotel when you come out of the train station, it is very close. You can get off at the subway station at the door, and the airport bus station is also at the door, so the transportation is very convenient. I checked in early before the check-in time that day, and I also upgraded the room. I can see the view of Mount Vesuvius and the sunrise the next day. It was a good experience👌🏻

The hotel is a short way from the train station and that street is being repaired. But the service at the hotel was good: the boys at the front desk were smiling, kind and friendly, and they were learning Chinese. Ordering room service was fast and delicious, and the delivery uncle was handsome and friendly. I checked out for breakfast the next morning and was going to Amalfi Coast. A service boy took the initiative to help me with my luggage and let me rest assured that breakfast. When the car came, I would be called in the restaurant and then called. The hotel staff were so friendly. The only downside was the road construction, the room facing the street was a bit noisy. And the room looks the same as my picture.

The staffs are ever so helpful and accommodating specially Roberta, we arrived earlier before the check in time and she let us in since the room is free. Roberta gave us a map and explained how to reach the landmarks and sights around the area. Roberta’s english is also superb! The breakfast is also so good and delicious, so much choices with fresh pastries! The two ladies assisted on breakfast were very helpful, attentive and pleasant too. Highly recommended as to great service and location. Room is basic but is clean and organised bonus is the terrace with lovely view.

3 faults I found in this hotel: the poorly soundproofed rooms, the light interruptor of the neighbouring room lights my room light so it is better in the full night to remove the card that activates the light, and breakfast of the bad quality. Otherwise for all the rest everything is nickel: the staff at the listening and welcome, cleanness nothing to say, and the top the location
