Great sized room in a perfect location in central Napoli. Our room was for 3 adults and it had 3 beds with a cute little mezzanine. It felt spacious and well laid out. We had a little balcony too which was lovely. The street below is noisy however we couldn’t hear a thing in the room. The bathroom was a good size too..The lady at reception was very nice, friendly and helpful! The room was very clean and in a lovely secure building (the hotel is on the 4th floor) . I would definitely recommend staying here and would have no hesitation in booking it again!

The best location, right in a center. 10 -15 mints walking to the train station, 5 mints to the port. Many nice restaurants, coffee shops, and different stores around the accommodation. Clean and huge room with everything you need. Windows are facing backyard so its very quiet and comfortable at night. The staff is super polite and welcoming. WIFI works perfect. The bed is comfortable but pillow is a bit hard and big. If i go back to Naples I'm going to stay there again. Only one mirror in a bathroom but no full body length mirror in a bedroom.

Ho avuto una pessima esperienza con Francesco. Non è stato per niente gentile e disponibile. I mezzi di trasporto pubblici hanno ritardato il mio arrivo a Napoli. Durante il viaggio il gestore del b&b aveva dichiaratoche mi avrebbe aspettato, ma a un'ora dall'arrivo ha cambiato atteggiamento richiedendo conferma della prenotazione solo a condizione che cancellassi la prenotazione online per ripiegare sul pagamento in contanti, facendo leva sul ritardo al check-in. La richiesta di ricevuta lo ha indispettito e, non solo sono stata insultata, ma mi ha lasciata all'improvviso, di notte, da sola, senza un posto dove dormire, cancellando la prenotazione. Della struttura non posso dire nulla e non entro nel merito. Consiglio vivamente di chiarire ogni condizione prima dell'arrivo, solo via canali ufficiali e scritto nero su bianco, mai tramite chiamate telefoniche!

Staff disponibile e gentile, camera pulita, insonorizzata e dotata di ogni confort, prezzo onestissimo per la posizione e la qualità del soggiorno. Fermata della metro letteralmente a due passi dalla struttura, ottima scelta per chi vuole visitare sia il centro della città che il lungo mare (entrambi raggiungibili a piedi).

Siamo stati in famiglia noi con 2 bambini a Gennaio 2024,ci hanno dislocato ad un'altra loro struttura in Corso Umberto, ,la camera era al quinto piano,tapparelle rotte senza tende,entrava luce dappertutto ,quindi i bambini la mattina si svegliavano sempre presto,il prezzo molto esagerato senza prima colazione. Ci avevano detto che avrebbero prenotato il parcheggio al Grangusto,quando sono andato non c'era nessuna prenotazione in merito a noi.

Excelente Hotel. Somos Uruguayos. La ubicación decoración y gentileza del personal es muy buena. Incluso olvide unos anillos que gentilmente me fueron de vueltos. Sin duda volveríamos a la bellísima Napoles y repetiríamos alojarnos en vuestros hoteles! Gracias
