Francesco has been so kind and picked us up from the airport and gave us a quick tour and showed us the best places. He texted us every day to make sure we were ok. The room is lovely with a little balcony. It has AC and a stocked up mini bar with all sort of drinks at a very low price. The house is very well situated. Could not recommend Franz Guest House enough. A+++++

The best about the stay is Franz with his care. He could help you with anything you ask. The rooms itself are perfect located with easy access to aurport (Alibus), porto to see island around or metro and Naples centre. I could only recommend. it is located in the heart of the historic center, it is practically very close to everything. The structure is very welcoming, spotless, beautiful furnishings and very comfortable. The owner Francesco welcomed us very well: he is very friendly and professional and helped us plan our stay by recommending what to visit and where to eat. We will definitely be back. I would recommend the stay. Small but new and clean room. Convenient location, central to the main destinations, not far from Via Toledo. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They even let us leave our bags after checkout.

Appartement bien situé. IL y a 2 chambres et une cuisine à partager. Les 2 chambres sont louées séparément. Faites attention à çà car on ne le savait pas avant de louer la grande chambre. Nous étions 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants) et nous avons loué la « grande chambre » soi-disant pour 4 personnes. A l’intérieur c’est très propre par contre ce n’est pas du tout adapté pour 4 personnes. Il y a un grand lit et un petit sofa. Le sofa est de très mauvaise qualité, nous avons passé 5 nuits quasiment en nuit blanche. Si vous êtes 4, voire même 3 personnes et si vous voulez bien dormir le soir alors ne prenez pas cet appartement.

Stanza nuova e pulita, curata nei minimi particolare, la ragazza che cura le stanze veramente brava, proprietario che segue i clienti con cura, ho soggiornato una notte con la mia famiglia, consiglio vivamente il posto centrale ma riservato.

Stanza a poca distanza da Spaccanapoli in una zona tranquilla e molto comoda per raggiungere il centro. La camera l’abbiamo trovata ben pulita e dotata di tutto l’occorrente. Staff gentile e molto disponibile ( fin troppo haha ). Ottima esperienza.
