Fantastic location, very Naples authentic, loved the building, easy check in, room spotless and balcony fab. Everything literally on your door step. Staff very welcoming. Breakfast was great .. If you want Italy with its great authenticity then this place is perfect. Defiantly will recommend and would love to re-visit. 5 stars

il B&B si trova in zona tranquilla, ma comodo per raggiungere a piedi tutte le principali attrazioni. E' tutto pulito ed il proprietario è gentile e disponibile. Buon rapporto qualità / prezzo. Buona colazione presso il bar che si trova proprio a 2 passi. Sicuramente da consigliare.

Recomiendo este alojamniento y volvería siempre en cada oportunidad que pudiera. Es un lugar para quienes no buscamos lujos grandes ni hoteles 5 estrellas, sino poder conectar con un espacio auténtico napolitano, tanto en lo que respecta al edificio como a quien lo atiende. Es un lugar acogedor, familiar, en un palazzo del 1700, con techos amplios y espacios grandes. La habitación triple era enorme y muy luminosa. Las instalaciones limpias. Tiene una ubicación perfecta, a 200 metros de la estación Duomo del subterráneo, y a pie de las arterias principales del centro histórico. Tiene además varios supermercados a pocos metros, por lo que se puede comprar algo y después comerlo ahí. El desayuno lo brindan en el café de la esquina, siendo una bebida más algo para comer. Destaco por último a Antonio, quien es encantador y con una disposición impecable, se nota que le gusta ayudar y estar atento a las necesidades de los huéspedes.

Oltre le aspettative: struttura in posizione ottimale in pieno centro storico ma lontano dal caos notturno, la camera tripla molto ampia e pulita, gestore gentile e preciso. Chi si lamenta della colazione non lo capisco personalmente la ritengo buona tutti i giorni cornetto e sfogliatelle fresche molto buone caffè cappuccino e thè. Insomma un 10 pieno e meritato non vedo l'ora di tornare!!!

Ho passato 2 giorni.. A parte il fatto che mi ha fatto pagare nell'immediato il soggiorno( e già sembra strano). Abbiamo trovato serratura rotta della stanza, condizionatore non funzionante, finestra con maniglia rotta, sciacquone del water che continua a fare scendere acqua. Perciò non è stato un caso. Poi lo sporco, l'ultima notte non potendo chiudere la finestra ci è piovuto dentro... Punto a favore le brioches della colazione, non la colazione di per sé

La posizione di questo b&b è favolosa, a due passi da S. Gregorio Armeno, dal centro , dai quartieri spagnoli e da via Toledo.Il signor Antonio gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, la sera prima di partire è venuto a salutarci. Si può rientrare a qualsiasi ora perché ti consegna le chiavi del portoncino. Stanza molto grande e pulita. Lo consiglio.

Punti di forza: Posizione in centro, ma lontano dalla confusione. Parcheggio convenzionato ( 20 euro al giorno) vicino. Colazione compresa con ottimi prodotti di pasticceria. Titolare puntuale e gentile. Monolocale ben arredato e accessoriato. Punti di debolezza: Pulizia non proprio perfetta (mobili un po' polverosi, frigorifero con bottiglia di succo iniziata e rifacimento della stanza approssimativo) Politica degli asciugamani non chiara (c'è scritto che se sono a terra li cambiano, ma in realtà o lo riappendonono o lo portano via senza sostituirlo). Bagno con accessori arrugginiti. Bancomat che non funziona e nessuna ricevuta del pagamento (neppure della tassa di soggiorno).
