I wait over 1h in front of the structure. Meanwhile, I make repeated calls to the number in front of the door but no one answers me for more than an hour. I repeatedly try to contact them on a mobile number but have no answer. It was already evening ... Not knowing what to do or where to go, I just had to go back to my house. Reluctantly I return home (I'm not from Naples and to get back I have to change 3 public transport, some with very limited journeys) but I keep calling to get explanations. Eventually they respond.... Moral of the story: it's my fault that I left... I don't know what the structure is like. From the photos it looks nice. For the rest, I leave to everyone their own opinion.

We couldn't find what was advertised. We frankly wonder about the ratings and comments... The name of the establishment itself sounds false: it's far from brilliant! The place is sordid, the owner just came to give us the keys after calling her, she doesn't speak French as advertised, the credit card is not accepted ("broken"... so payment in cash , but the owner trusted us in her absence when we left), no possibility of lunch on site (it was announced as paying, but without further details). The area is not inviting, we returned before it got dark. At the price charged for the room, we really expected something else! We visited 3 other accommodations in the region during our stay, for the same price, we have always had frankly better!

Ottima struttura ,tutto nuovo ,ben curato,e molto spaziosa ,mi sono trovato veramente bene,vicino al centro di napoli ,vicino alla via principale Toledo,sono stato ospite settimana scorsa,il bagno spettacolare con vasca Jacuzzi e camere molto spaziose ,Ho conosciuto Federica ,la persona che mi ha dato la stanza ,molto gentile e professionale,e grazie anche a Claudio che ha diversi stanze e b&b e mi ha offerto la struttura ,molto gentile,consiglio vivamente di andare ,tutto perfetto .sotto ogni aspetto.

Pesimo. La anfitriona me llamó por teléfono mil veces por el check in, se mostraba molesta por el horario de llegada. Ni hablar de la poca predisposición a hablar otro idioma que no sea Italiano. El lugar tenía varios cosas rotas cuando llegué y me acusó de haberlo roto. La ubicación es mala y el acceso a la habitación es espantosa, había hasta ratas.
