Good hotel for 2 nights in Naples. The location is close to Napoli Centrale train station and close to some of the main shops and restaurants. However, the location outside the hotel is dirty and loud, with litter and rubbish all over the street.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming and I felt looked after. The room itself is basic but perfectly fine for a few nights. The bed was comfy, however more pillows were needed! The shower is powerful but it takes a minute to warm up.
For the price I paid, I was happy with the facilities and service.

This is an ok hotel, very basic not like photos hard beds. Staff were lovley and helpful. Don't like the outside scar you.

The hotel is small, run by some very friendly and helpful guys. Our room was big enough, very basic with a small TV, desk, tiny balcony and shower room. If we were just talking about the room and hotel itself, I would highly recommend it for the price.
The location is great for the train stations. Apart from that the neighborhood is not great. There were *********** stood on the street outside our window and there were human faeces in the street. This isn't the fault of the hotel, but I feel that I should tell people as for some this may ruin their trip.

The booking price is very cheap, so all the comments are based on the price. The service staff are very professional and enthusiastic without exception. The hotel is very safe. The only bad thing is that the bathroom has a bit of smell, but after all, it is understandable that the opening time is relatively early. Although the breakfast only has bread, yogurt, juice and coffee, it is enough.

The blanket was very thin, so it was quite cold to sleep. The shower room was very small, so it was a bit uncomfortable to shower. Breakfast was simple, with bread and coffee served on the spot. It was okay for just sleeping.
