It's not a Boutique Hotel but a small, only one floor of the building, old hotel to be refurbished. On internet you can find pittures old, room and building condition are worse. I've found bed sheets of 2 colour: they should be white but internally they are yellow.....Good positio for the city center but you can find something better at the same price.

The staff were very nice, good location in the centre but I wouldn’t say it’s 4 stars. Rooms are needing a bit of an update and the bed are so hard with the thinnest pillows. Breakfast was a bit of a let down.

Great central location,friendly staff,great breakfast included with booking ! Very clean and comfortable Room is small,but enough for couples. . Excellent stay for visiting Napoli,Capri,Amalfi coast ,close to port and big red bus first stop. Highly recommend 😊Definitely will book again 😊

Our first issue was actually finding the hotel. We walked past the entrance and once located it was very underwhelming. A dirty and dark entrance with limited signage and a tatty old lift welcomed us. Once on the 'hotels' level 3, the welcome didn't get much better with a very rude and abrupt staff member. Vague and unhelpful we made our way to our room. Our room was small, badly lit and poor facilities. The whole hotel seemed to be on one floor sperated by plaster board walls which we discovered at night. Only thing that saved this hotel from an even worse review was the location and the better experience we had with the lady who checked us out. Would give this a miss!!

Situato in una zona centralissima della città di Napoli, angolo tra via Toledo e Via S.Brigida a pochi passi da Piazza del Plebiscito. La posizione è l’unica cosa apprezzabile. Camera rumorosa, piena di polvere, pavimento del corridoio cigolante, telefono della reception che suonava e si sentiva costantemente dalla camera. Sala colazione con alcuni tavoli disposti esattamente davanti la porta del bagno, colazione da b&b con prodotti non di qualità. Il personale gentile è sempre sorridente. Hotel/b&b non consigliato, prezzi esagerati per servizi minimi. Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Hotel situato al terzo piano di un palazzo con disponibilità di ascensore, quindi salire i bagagli non è un problema, rispetto ad altri hotel in cui sono stata e in cui mancava questo servizio. La camere sono luminose e dotate di ciò che serve per un soggiorno confortevole; il personale super gentile, sorridente e disponibile. La posizione è davvero super, sei praticamente al centro e con estrema facilità riesci a raggiungere gran parte dei punti turistici. Consiglio vivamente.

Bella solo la posizione, a due passi da Via Toledo, dalla Galleria Umberto I e dalle Piazze del Plebiscito e del Municipio. Prenotato direttamente, avevo espressamente chiesto il bagno con porta, senza la doccia in camera. Mi hanno confermato la disponibilità, senza però segnalarmi che si sarebbe trattato di un bagno per disabili senza bidet e con doccia a pavimento. In più in camera cigolava tutto: la porta della doccia, quella del bagno e quella della porta finestra, una incuria francamente inaccettabile in un 4 stelle! Colazione senza infamia e senza lode Non tornerò

Bel soggiorno in una città tutta da scoprire. Arrivato all ingresso del portone si arriva con l'ascensore al piano dell'hotel, che è il terzo. L'interno era molto moderno ma non freddo, le camera erano confortevoli e luminose ,anche per quanto riguarda la colazione sono rimasto pienamente soddisfatto sia per il dolce che per il salato. Lo staff era molto cordiale e professionale . Una altra nota molto positiva è la posizione ,centralissima e comoda con tutti i mezzi per spostarsi . Lo consiglio vivamente

L'hotel è situato in pieno centro al terzo piano di un palazzo storico. Le camere sono ampie, luminose con letti molto comodi e arredamento di buon gusto curato nei dettagli. Staff cordiale e molto disponibile. Colazione a buffet abbondante con vasta gamma di freschi prodotti tipici. Sono molto soddisfatta anche della pulizia degli ambienti.
