The building was above the train station so every time the train or metro passed the whole room was shaking. The place around the hotel was dangerous. Hopefully we stayed for one night, the next morning we left. Then they marked my reservation as “non show” and when I asked them the reason the lied and they said that booking. com had an error and they had already spoken in order to solve it but when I called Booking. com they informed that they didn’t had any contact with them… We didn’t received any receipt for our accommodation and stay tax and when I asked about it on WhatsApp they send me a handwritten paper as receipt. Probably they cancel reservations in order to not make bad reviews and also to take the stay tax !! They didn’t apologise for the lies and the guy was so ironic on the phone call when I tried to find out the reason of the cancellation!!! I don’t recommend it at all!!!

This is a room more than B&B as breakfast is taken at a local bar which has to be paid for. We sorted out our own. There is a code to remember to access outer and inner doors, best to write it down! The ancient lift creaks you to the first floor after paying it 10 cents. Quite an experience. The room had hanging space, a large bed, a chair and tv. The bathroom let it down. it took nearly 10 minutes for hot water to arrive in the shower, then it was so hot that as you turned it very slightly down it all went cold and you started all over again. The shower trap was grubby and the bin wasn`t emptied until we put the bag out every day. The room was hot and stuffy but opening the window let in the full fury of Naples` traffic noise. Neither of us likes aircon so we just suffered the noise which seemed to go on all night. The safe didn`t work and the curtains were inadequate. Its` redeeming feature is that it is only 5 minutes to the main station. There are plenty of bars and restaurants on the Piazza and "old Naples" isn`t too far to walk. I can`t find much to recommend this b&b apart from its` position near the transport hub.

To start, the staff at this hotel are amazing. Friendly, accommodating and above and beyond in my experience! The hotel itself is clean and well appointed. They have a pool and hot tub and the rooms are large for Europe standards. Restaurant on-site with excellent selection and quality. The have a great North American style breakfast that will leave you full before you start your day! This is my second stay here and whenever I am in this area it will be my go to!! And if it’s your thing, there is a gym as well. Oh and the bar!!! Options galore. Thanks to the staff and owners for an excellent experience! 🙏

We stayed at this B&B for 2 nights. The location was good, close to the train stations and a few restaurants. Would be great to stay closer to the historical part of town as there are many more options for food. The room itself requires some attention. The safe did not work. They supplied a kettle with tea and coffee but no cups to drink it out of. There was a mini bar with a list but all that was supplied from the list was water and no cups to drink anything out of. When I messaged and asked for the cups they said due to COVID they cannot supply them. I said they should not advertise that they are supplying tea/coffee if you cant make one, that they would be better off taking out the kettle etc and not supplying it. They did not understand what I was talking about and sent me a long winded message about COVID rules. The Bathroom, especially the shower, requires a good scrub as it has mould around it and the grout in the tiles. The door handle kept falling off and when I advised him of this he said he would fix this the next day but that didn't happen. You have to pay for the lift so if you have heavy luggage be prepared to pay or walk them up the flights of stairs. The Air Con worked well. The white curtains on the balcony could do with a wash they were dirty on the bottom. Overall they were responsive but just didn't action things.

The place is super clean, chic, well maintained and priced moderately. I definitely recommend this hotel. The only downside is the traffic noise but that is normal for a city center location. Close to the train station and port and easy to catch the airport bus.
