The room was clean and the staff were helpful. Bus to the centre and the central railway station was just out the front. A trip to Pompeii or Herculaneum were a short bus trip from the front door and a cheap train ride to the archaeological sites. The airport a short taxi trip. No breakfast available the only downer and they need to repair the front door intercom for guests with no mobile connection.

The b&b is nice enough except its missing one of the b's (breakfast) and it's very far from Napoli centrale, about 3 km. It is clean, just a minor leak in my bathroom. Air-conditioning and amenities fine and a nice view.

The hotel is located about 40 minutes walk from the center of Naples. The staff is friendly and speaks English. The room itself was on the -1 floor, the window was small and I could not open it. Because of this, it seemed stuffy in the room, there was an air conditioner, but when you turn it on, there is a smell. The renovation is new, a large shower with good hot water pressure. Shops and cafes are a 10-minute walk from the hotel, if you have a suitcase, traveling on foot is not very convenient, because the road is narrow and uneven. You will need to climb up the mountain to get to the hotel.

The room facilities are complete and new. The surrounding is quiet and the room is clean. It is very comfortable to live in. The disadvantage is that the location is a bit remote. I finally found it, but the door couldn't be opened! The doorbell was broken. I could only make a phone call! It would be very troublesome if I only had a data card.

Excellent modern hotel. To the railway station and most attractions 30 minutes on foot. All new. The room has a safe, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning. Cleaning at 5++. Beds were made daily and towels changed. Pleasant staff. It is better to contact the reception via whatsapp. There are no keys, there will be a pin code. I definitely recommend.

Arrived at 12pm and there was no one at reception, i understand check in isn’t until 2:30pm - but we thought we could swing over and leave our luggage in their safe area whilst we wonder round and explore the area. But we were greeted with the house keeper who doesn’t understand a word of english when it was advertised multilingual staff, lack of communication and its definitely not her job to greet everyone but she was still helpful and lend us to the outdoor area to chill in the main time. The receptionist was very helpful and cheery, but there isnt anyone there until 2:30pm to 9pm. Advertised as B&B, but no breakfast was included. There was no kettle in the room either. If you have a hire car then it will definitely be easier but on foot, it takes around 35/40 mins everyday to walk into the city and depending on how far youre in, its longer to walk. During the night the area is very quiet but we didnt feel safe to wonder around at night so we got take outs delivered to our room most nights.

Stayed here between the 7th -10th june 2024, advertises as bed & breakfast, no breakfast to be seen, advertises with a photo of a kettle in your room, no kettle in room, not a great location but most of all i suffered a terrible fall in the room and had blood gushing out of my head and was given no assistance by any member of staff, yes there was a cleaner there who could not speak english but only handed my wife some bandages then left straight away, i had to make my way to the local pharmacy unattended whilst still heavily bleeding where i got patched up & checked for concussion afyer he called a paramedic out to the shop , thankfully the pharmacist was excellent but was appalled that the hotel had left me to fend for myself considering the amount of blood that i was losing at the time of the incident, later when the receptionist came on shift my wife notified her of it and she never offered any advice or apologies just nothing, if you want to go to a hotel that false advertises and does not care about your well being this is the place for you, i defınitely do not recommend.

Our room was nicely spacious and well furnished. The bed was comfortable, there was a good sized wardrobe and a decent desk. The room was beautifully decorated, fresh and spotlessly clean. The bathroom had a good shower, and was roomy plus, again, very well decorated. Also came with a hairdryer on the wall which I was very happy with. We didn't actually meet the owner but they were very helpful on WhatsApp. The internet was good once we realised logging into the named internet with our floor number made it stronger. Despite the cosmetic looks of the area we did actually feel safe and found the locals to be very friendly and helpful (although English is not prevalent). If you are visiting the Tabbaco shop at the bottom of the hill sells bus tickets but is shut on Sundays. Next door the mini supermarket is very well priced (well compared to UK prices). The buses leave from opposite the little newsstand (back side of it not the front) and head to Naples Central in about 15mins. Taxi from the Central Station was a maximum of 16euro and from the airport 30euro I can not comment on value for money as we booked a package deal but despite the location I would stay again because it was so nice, stylish, quiet and comfortable. Thank you to the owner for the help with the city tax we appreciated it
