Everything is fine except for the reception except for a man named Luigi who is very kind

The hotel belongs to the core area. There is an indoor parking lot near the hotel for a fee. The breakfast is average and everything else is very good.

3 faults that I found in this hotel: the badly soundproofed rooms, the light switch of the neighboring room turns on the light of my room so it is better in the middle of the night to remove the card which activates the light, and the breakfast bad quality. Otherwise for everything else everything is perfect: attentive and welcoming staff, cleanliness nothing to say, and the top location

Aparcamos en el espacio del hotel y desde adentro salieron de mala manera a corrernos, hubo que explicar q éramos huéspedes. Solo te dan una tarjeta para la habitación que luego debes usar para tener electricidad, si uno tiene q salir debes elegir si te quedas afuera o sin luz. Vidrios rotos en la habitación y muchos pelos, toallas rotas. La ducha del baño al abrirla el agua da contra la pared. El desayuno escaso y con poca variedad, básicamente café con croissant. La experiencia no fue buena. Espero puedan mejorar!
