Booked a room late, not long after booking tried to charge 30 euros late entry fee. We tried to pay their fee by card but they demanded cash. Avoid this place, they will leave you at your most vulnerable.

The location is excellent, 10 minutes from the Spanish Quarter and 10 minutes from the street of nativity scenes. The room was very clean and the owners were very friendly. The central station is also not very far away, we did it on foot. In the room there is no shortage of prime net TV... etc etc.

We booked this hotel because we like the area and because of the metro which is within walking distance. We stayed for 5 nights and the bed linen was never changed. When they made the bed they only pulled the top sheet, without arranging the bottom one. And they threw away the pillows as happened before. Another thing I noticed was that on the wall above the pillows there were various signs of mosquitoes obviously crushed by other customers who stayed before us. Even worse because there is no bed keyboard. I'll stop here. We were really very disappointed. Even though the advert states that it is a 3-star hotel, for me it is a B&B.

I have to give a negative review and I'm sorry.... on holiday I'm always very tolerant and I would certainly have overlooked the lack of hot water and I wouldn't even have focused on the room which wasn't made up for a day... but the behavior of this Maria Rosaria on the day of departure was truly unacceptable... After receiving the keys to the rooms, we stopped in a lounge waiting for them to pick us up and we were asked to wait downstairs as we had to redo the rooms. .. Our presence did not cause any disturbance... the request was rude, unmotivated and made in a completely inappropriate manner... A real shame... Maria Rosaria changes profession... You cannot work in a sector where hospitality and kindness are fundamental....
