Hotel is beautiful, could have a few sunbeds on the roof as no where to lay just sit. However the location is literally in the ghetto, it’s a run down area with nothing around you and you don’t really want to be venturing out at night in Naples or the local area

Excellent hotel with great service. Tastefully decorated, room and bath are very modern and comfortable.

It is totally unworthy of five stars. The sanitary conditions are quite poor. The toilet floor is not clean enough and small bugs can be seen.

Except the room is a little small and the price is a little expensive, nothing wrong

The hotel is of a good size, but it is too far from the city center. There is nothing there. It takes about 20 minutes by taxi. The service is OK

It is not a 5 star hotel. Not even 4. The manager's treatment is unacceptable. They tried to give us a room worse than what we paid for. Only with Trip's intervention did they fix it for us. A cheap ornament (see photo) that they had on the nightstand broke and they made me pay for it (€20). The Hotel is inaccessible for people with reduced mobility: 14 steps until you reach the elevator. Low quality food. Cold scrambled eggs and hardly any fruit. The spa is very expensive and not included in the hotel. Also inaccessible: 12 steps. There are no common spaces to be outside the room. Just a couple of sofas at the entrance and in a corridor.

Noise is always our #1 concern (street & adjacent rooms). We stayed on a Wednesday in Dec and it was the quietest night of our two week Italy tour. Balcony glass door is super insulated, heavy inside curtain and exterior electric shade. The room was silent! No noise from adjacent rooms or Corridors. Unlike many hotel websites, the room and common area pictures are not photo shopped. What you see is what you get and it is very crisp and contemporary. Exceeded our expectations. Breakfast buffet was also the best of our Italy tour. We arrived late so we did not eat at the in-house restaurant and instead grabbed some Italian food at a Cafe right next door. It was full with locals and food was good and reasonable. We would eat there again. We came here via speed train from Rome to Napoli Central Station. Went to lower level and grabbed a 20 min metro ride to Leopardi station for $1.5 euros each and the hotel is a 4 minute walk (stairs only at Leopardi station). Hotel is located in a residential area with Naples culture everywhere yet without congestion and noise of Downtown. I enjoy a party but find that sometimes it is best to stay near the party rather than in it. We will stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.
