Wonderful room! Allowed us to store our luggage on our short leg to amalfi

Very close to central station. Good base for exploring other parts of Naples. Surroundings around hotel very dirty. Only stay if you plan on day trips elsewhere. We visited Pompaei and Capri, two easy day trips from hotel.

Excellent hotel near the train station.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. I needed to book a nail appointment and both members of the front desk did their best to accommodate my needs. Excellent stay, please do not hesitate and book your stay here.

Do you want a friend who is a racist or a liar? Don't book this hotel if you don't want to. They gave us a corner room that doesn't exist anywhere in the hotel photos. When I asked for another room, they refused. It was a horrible room where you had to step down to get out of bed and it was not the room I booked. There was only one towel and one toothbrush cup for one person. I complained to Trip.com about the booking. The hotel told Trip.com that there were towels in the closet. They told a perfect lie. There were clothes hangers and laundry bags in the closet. . What hotel in the world leaves one set of towels in the bathroom and one set in the closet? I am angry at your lies, this is a hotel without the slightest conscience. We saw another room with the door open in the morning. That room was the room in the picture I booked. Upload a picture of our room. Does this look like 20 square meters? Never stay at this hotel. .Everything is outdated and the prices are outrageous.

Hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I truly enjoyed my whole stay at this hotel. Room was clean and location was excellent (just next to Centrale train station). Strongly recommend to all travelers planning to come Napoli!!!

Quality establishment located opposite the train station. Very pleasant breakfast on the terrace on the roof of the hotel Small drawbacks: only cardboard cups in the room and bathroom, a wardrobe too small.

1. It is very easy to find, just opposite the train station. You just need to walk straight to the train station. 2. The breakfast is the biggest highlight of this trip. The environment is good and very exquisite. Because the ingredients are fresh, the taste of breakfast and dinner is very good. 3. The room is clean and comfortable. There is a small balcony facing the train station. 4. Because it is near the train station, the environment around the hotel is very poor. There are homeless people everywhere, especially crossing the road to the station is really thrilling. 5. Everything else is good, especially the breakfast is perfect.

The room was large and had a bath, the food in the restaurant was delicious, and the rooftop terrace had a great view for breakfast. They also called a taxi for me, and I was able to relax. I would like to stay here again when I come to Naples.

The conditions in the hotel are good, but it is quite scary to go out of the hotel to find food at night, as the streets are full of hooligans!

It was a 15 to 20 minute taxi ride from Naples Airport. It was great to have breakfast on the rooftop, but other than that, the facilities felt a little old. It was uncomfortable because the air conditioner wasn't cool.
