Excellent location and well appointed. Our room was stocked with breakfast snacks and a variety of beverages. It was clean and tidy with everything we needed. Also and importantly, it has air conditioning, which is essential as the night gets pretty noisy. Emanuela gave us lots of great tips for things to see in Napoli and even provided a list of recommended restaurants! Our only caveat is to ensure you make contact with the hosts before arriving. The B&B is inside an apartment block and is not at all obvious from the street. We neglected to make contact with the hosts in advance and were extremely confused about the check-in process. (They had reached out but we missed the message.) Once we connected with them, everything was very smooth.

Mariella made this trip one of the most memorable - nothing was too much for her. Mariella when she found out it was my friends birthday she left a cake for her - beyond thoughtful. Mariella arranged taxis to and from airport and even let us leave our luggage when we checked out due to a late flight. They provided lots of fabulous information on sights and amazing restaurants - which we tried. Wholeheartedly recommend this property and Mariella.

I booked this hotel based on the glowing reviews and pictures on ***********. I am a single mom and I was travelling with my 2 children and my mother. We arrived in Naples at 10pm, and while driving to the hotel, I was already on edge because of how bad the areas were that we were driving through.Slums does not even explain what it was like. When arriving at the venue, it was located in a piazza with all these old dodgy building and full of rubbish and smelly stagnant water. We went to the room and although we booked for 4 of us, they had only set the bed for 2 people. They expected us to wait while they found the cleaner to come fix the room!! There was no air conditioning the room, and it was stiffing hot. Reading the other reviews on this hotel, I am wondering how this hotel got a glowing report. It was terrible! Needless to say, we did not stay there. I managed to find another hotel at the same rate, and that was in a far better central location with clean rooms and safe area,

Esperienza fantastica, location ideale per visitare Napoli. Donna Mariella e’ unica: sempre disponibile per qualunque necessità e consiglio. Mi sono sentita accolta come in famiglia. Appartamento comodissimo, molto pulito e con mille attenzioni da parte di Mariella e del suo staff. GRAZIE!

Mariella è un’ottima padrona di casa, ti fa sentire a casa tua, ti accoglie nel migliore dei modi, ti fornisce tutte le indicazioni possibili per farti stare al meglio. La struttura si trova in pieno centro, puoi fare tutto a piedi. Ci torneremo.

Ottima esperienza! Mini appartamento sito in un palazzo storico, che appena arrivi ti pare un po' datato, non spaventatevi, perche' appena varcato il portoncino di legno a testa bassa, ti ritrovi catapultato nel passato con i comfort di oggi. Completamente ristrutturato all'interno, cucina letti e bagno, tutto pulito e molto carino. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento il MARE (4 posti letto) Siamo stati accolti da Emanuela, la collaboratrice di Mariella, splendida con i suoi modi e le sue spiegazioni impeccabili. Ci ha riempito di ottimi consigli su dove pranzare e cenare e come muoversi (convenzione taxi per aereoporto ) ci ha anche omaggiato di una sorpresa! Qui non hai bisogno di nulla, frigo pieno, colazione sul tavolo, caffe', acqua, tutto il necessario per caricati e partire per la visita della citta’. La posizione e’ strategica, a due passi dal Duomo e dalle due vie principali del centro storico, decumano maggiore e inferiore (Spaccanapoli) e alla famosa San Gregorio Armeno, alla capella San Severo e Santa Chiara. Si raggiunge velocemente la fermata della metro per raggiungere i quartieri spagnoli e piazza del Plebiscito. Che dire, piacevolissimo anche l’incontro per il check-out con Donna Mariella, la sua energia ti travolge!

Abbiamo alloggiato presso Donna Mariella per un weekend. Tutto perfetto. L’accoglienza familiare di Mariella ti fanno sentire veramente a casa, attenta agli ospiti ed a tutte le loro esigenze. Appartamento fornito di tutto quello che serve. Molto apprezzate le attenzioni per gli ospiti; paste fresche all’arrivo e cornetto porta fortuna. Assolutamente consigliato per chi vuole vivere Napoli alloggiando nel cuore della città.

All'interno di un antico palazzo nel cuore della città,in una zona popolare, caratteristica dove respiri Napoli. Vicinissimo al Duomo, S.Severo, Santa Chiara, San Gregorio ecc..insomma..in centro. Ho soggiornato 4 notti nell'appartamento "il pozzo", molto carino, pulito ed attrezzato. Donna Mariella ci ha accolto in maniera eccezionale se non altro perché ci ha fatto trovare un vassoio di squisitezze ( babà e sfogliatelle). Lei e le sue collaboratrici gentili e disponibili. Lo consiglio sicuramente.
