In the vibrant heart of Naples, inside an elegant 18th-century building, our apartments combine historic charm with modern comfort. We are located in the Spanish Quarters, the most authentic and lively soul of the city. Just step out onto the balcony – all apartments are on the first floor – and you’ll feel Naples come alive: Tittina and Pasqualina hanging laundry, voices echoing through the alleys, and the scents that tell the story of the city. Enjoy it all with an evening aperitif… Each apartment is carefully designed to offer high-level comfort. Triple-glazed soundproof windows ensure peace and quiet, while the bathrooms, equipped with large showers, hairdryers, and complimentary toiletries, guarantee total relaxation. The bedrooms feature double beds with wooden slats, 30 cm orthopedic mattresses, toppers, and goose down pillows. Fine white cotton satin linens, slippers, and a set of three towels are provided for each guest. The kitchens are fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, induction cooktop, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, pots, and tableware — everything you need to prepare a complete Neapolitan meal. Each apartment also includes TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, gas detector, and many other amenities for a 4-star stay. The Deluxe Apartment, ideal for families or groups of friends, features two semi-independent bedrooms: first bedroom: double bed (160 cm) with 30 cm mattress and private bathroom with shower. Second bedroom: double sofa bed (160 cm) with 20 cm mattress, private bathroom with shower, and a comfortable kitchenette. We are just 150 meters from Via Toledo, once considered the most beautiful street in the world in the 19th century, and today known as Naples’ premier shopping street. In recent years, it has also become home to the most beautiful metro station in Europe. From Toledo Station, a set of brand-new escalators leads directly to the Quartieri Spagnoli exit, just 50 meters from our apartment. Everything is within walking distance, in a city where the line between the sacred and the profane is purely symbolic. Naples boasts over a thousand churches, fifty-two ancient patron saints – including San Gennaro – and one modern saint: San Diego. It is this latter who is worshipped just 50 meters away, in Largo Maradona.
