Comfortable, clean and nice and spacious rooms, recently renovated. We slept great! The property offers a breakfast in a nearby cafe and we enjoyed it there too. Advised!

The hotel itself is not bad. Very well placed for visits. Close to the metro if needed. Decent bedding. Breakfast in a nearby cafe. The friendliness at check-in leaves something to be desired by the lady who must have been doing her sport. Very responsive to ask you for payment for the room the day before your departure, much less to answer you with the number with which you were called. I wanted to request a late check out but was told we would see later and that she didn't know if there were any reservations. On D-day (like the other days...) no contact person. So thank you Madam for letting your phone ring twice and hanging up the 3rd! It would have been painful for me to say something nice about you because this was just one problem among many... The customer experience is not at all satisfactory from this point of view. The ladies who do the cleaning, on the other hand, are absolutely adorable and helpful and fortunately they are there to raise the level! For reasons of availability I stayed in another hotel very close and I was much better there... It's a shame...

B&B near the Maschio Angioino, perfect for visiting the whole centre, recently renovated rooms in a modern style, very cute, with large window and balcony. Adjacent to the metro station and public transport. The welcome gifts in the room were much appreciated!! The shared area is also very nice, equipped with a fridge, microwave oven, freezers and coffee pod machine, as well as chocolates and various snacks. For the first time in Naples, it couldn't have gone better.. The only flaw, but due to covid, was the breakfast not in the structure but in the bar below.. however I would definitely return
