Grand Europa Hotel, 5 minutes walk from the train station. Turn right out of the train station, turn right at the first traffic light intersection, the hotel is on the left. The decoration of the hotel is so elegant, I like it very much, I took the time to take pictures of the hotel inside and out. Recommend the hotel's dinner, it's very Italian and tastes great. The attitude of the front desk staff is very enthusiastic. Will recommend to friends and will come again myself.

I picked this location as I arrived from palermo via airport and needed to leave naples via train - its literally a 5 min walk away from the fast trains super accessible ! The staff was also very helpful whenever needed. I highly recommend the breakfast it was 6 euros more and so worth it! An italian breakfast is so amazing and they serve it well I looked forward to it every morning. Also a block away from a whole line if restaurants for dinner or lunch. Perfect location

We stayed at the hotel for four days in early July. This resulted in us leaving with the best impressions. There was a lot of politeness and friendliness among the staff. The room was exactly what we wanted and very clean. Our maids cleaned and tidied it every day. Clean towels were provided and bathroom accessories were promptly replaced. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. Location was perfect!!! We highly recommend it. We will definitely stay at this hotel again if we visit Naples again. Sophia and Sotiria from Greece

We have visited this hotel before, a few years ago, a lot has changed, it has been extended and has an extra pool to the rear, meaning there were two to choose from, both the pools were beautiful, we preferred the back pool as you didn't get the road noise, and sadly for two days this was not available to us as there was a private party one day and the next day was having a trea**ent of some sort, not terrible as we had use of the pool at the front, the staff are very friendly, parking was easy, the bar was relaxing, the room was comfortable, complete with very nice shampoo and gels etc, the mini bar was included and offered Coke, water and a couple of soft drinks, breakfast was nice, would have liked a toaster for the bread. A recommendation, the petrol station across the way has a great bar/coffee area, with lovely local snacks. Essenza Del Gusto restaurant a couple of minutes walk turning left out of the hotel is really excellent! Highly recommended if you are in the area.

Very nice hotel. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good. It is located a few blocks away from the Diego Maradona stadium, so it is ideal if you are attending a match. We did so, and it was so comfortable to just walk outside the stadioum and be in the comfort of your room in 5 minutes. Although it is not in the city center, it is in a calm and nice area, away from the intense hustle and bustle, which we found very important. There are several buses and train/metro nearby, so you can easily reach the city center in about 20 mins.

Slightly mixed opinion of Napoli’s gold hotel. It’s interesting to say the least. First, I’d like to say the room was immaculately clean and fairly modern with comfortable beds and a balcony. Air conditioning didn’t work but we just had our balcony door open for 30 mins before we went to sleep. The bathroom in the room was fine, although the shower was almost impossible to get to the correct temperature, 1mm either way was too hot or cold and the water drained really slowly. But overall the room was good. The reason for the 3.5 rating is the breakfast room. Pretty poor. The breakfast room is tiny and miserable to be entirely honest. And I know you can’t expect much from a continental breakfast but it was pretty sad. Also the staff didn’t speak English although claiming too, and of course this isn’t a reason to complain, it is in Italy, but they claim to speak English here. The staff certainly aren’t as pictured in suits and ties either….. The location is pretty good, just out the main part. The weird thing is the security on this hotel. 4 keys, one for the big wooden gate, one for the metal gate, one for the hotel door and one for the room. Wow. Remember to push the wooden gate when unlocking it else you’ll be staying outside! Although I don’t plan to return to Naples, there would be worse places to stay than to stay here again. It’s a 3 star hotel….

I have no habit of giving trip advisor advice, but I will make an exception for this establishment. Hotel located outside the turbulent Naples, but not too far, so perfect for those with a car and especially if you want to visit Pouzzoles, Baies, Cumes, Capua ... Airport at 40 min. The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre and is located in the heart of the city centre. Fresh and very well valued products. Paste, fish, crustaceans and matured meat. The wine lovers are not forgotten, the wine map is simply an invitation to discover the various varieties and names of Italy and at all prices. I use this to make my daughter spend a little bit of herself with two staff of breakfast and room service.

RRip RipWe booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house.
There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price.
We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa.
Brightly lit room with big “can open” sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apar**ents actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view)
Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house)
Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed.
Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay.
Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread.
The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more..
Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you don’t always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us.
If you don’t mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home.

CChristutiWhat a wonderful experience!!! The room was just perfect. Extremely spacious room and the tub/jacuzzi was an excellent addition. Bathroom was a comfortable size. Kitchenette was also a wonderful surprise (I don’t remember reading about it when I booked). Mini fridge was perfect to keep water bottle and beverages cold. Very cleaned and beautifully presented. The view from the room was just great and the location couldn’t be more perfect. Walking distance from the port (great as I had planned on visiting Capri and Ischia) and many other sightseeing musts. Also many places to eat and stores around the block. The host was also extremely helpful, charming and attentive. She allowed us to keep our bags in the lobby and do check-in early as we were ready visit and sightsee many places as soon as we got there around noon. She was also of great help after we checked-out, as I accidentally left the car keys in the lobby, I was able to recover them. All in all we had a great experience and time and will definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserWe stayed in this hotel for 4 nights during a visit to Naples. The location is very convenient, walking distance from the old city and next to the underground and train station. The building has been very tastefully refurbished, the rooms were clean and breakfast lovely. There is an amazing roof terrace to grab a drink or dine, with beautiful plants and a wonderful view! A special mention for the staff: everybody was attentive, friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay and will come back if we have the chance.

GGuest User3rd hotel we’ve stayed in on Piazza Garibaldi. The location might be a problem for some as there are a lot of people hanging around in the square and side streets but it felt safe to me. In fact I enjoyed sitting on our first floor balcony 12 feet above the pavement where a lot of locals were hanging out; it added to the charm of the place. It has a tiny ground floor footprint and is accessed via a door in the side street. Pretty unremarkable on arrival. But when you get onto the first floor the corridors and bedrooms are white marble throughout - floor and walls. It does look good but means the corridors are echoey. Room itself is good quality but I have concerns about the bathrooms and particularly the shower. Any interior designer surely knows that wet feet on untreated marble are a nasty accident waiting to happen: the 2 just don’t mix. The marble floor of the shower is downright dangerous; once you’ve rinsed off the shower gel, etc being in the shower is like driving with bald tyres on black ice. There’s nothing to hold onto to steady yourself either. I urge the hotel to provide a Bath mat in each room to mitigate this risk. But for this I’d have scored it 4. Breakfast is taken in the basement and I thought it fine. All the staff we spoke to were pleasant and professional.

GGuest User Ho alloggiato dal 15 al 17 aprile 2023 in questo b&b con il mio ragazzo. Inutile dire che non ci vedranno MAI più. Arriviamo in una zona degradata, piena di ragazzi di colore che ti guardano male, svestiti, mal nutriti, che cercavano nei cassonetti e camminavano scalzi. Nonostante questo aspettiamo Paolo , il nostro addetto al check-in, davanti il portone. Erano le 08:30 del mattino, arriva e dice pure che aveva tardato perché era un orario straordinario per arrivare quello, quando noi volevamo lasciare solo i bagagli e andare via. Comunque ci ha fatto pagare e ci ha chiesto 10€ in più per le tasse, noi abbiamo detto che era tutto compreso e non ha chiesto più nulla e poi ci ha aperto la stanza. Stanza carina e normale, peccato per gli asciugamani pieni di macchie gialle, ma noi avevamo le nostre per fortuna. All entrata del B&b si trova una saletta con dei tavolini e delle signore che la mattina preparano la colazione inclusa nel prezzo , di cui noi non abbiamo usufruito perché irritati dai rumori e dalle voci delle stesse alle 07:30 di mattina che purtroppo ci hanno svegliato tutti e due giorni. Per quei pochi giorni di relax che una persona ha, vorrebbe svegliarsi all orario che le pare, ma vabbè . La prima sera usciamo di casa e troviamo dentro il cortile del palazzo su per giù 10 ragazzi di colore chi in piedi chi coricati a terra e chi mangiava. Usciamo e decidiamo di chiamare il proprietario per lamentarci della situazione poco sicura e ci risponde con “non so che dirti” e alla nostra affermazione che potevamo ritornare dopo cena solo accompagnati dalle forze dell ordine, risponde con “se vi fa sentire più sicuri”. Nel frattempo avevamo cercato pure Paolo che dopo averci detto come poteva aiutarci, presentatogli il problema visualizza e non risponde. Non solo, tornati nel B&b e per fortuna c era solo un ragazzo che dormiva davanti il portone, le chiavi non funzionano bene. Cioè non puoi fare neanche di fretta perché devi provare ad aprire 2-3 volte. Noi ve lo consigliamo, ci siamo trovati male e non abbiamo avuto nessun appoggio e aiuto, potevano trovarsi benissimo li solo delle ragazze e essere aggredite.

GGuest UserWe stayed at Chez Moi for 4 nights. The hotel is located very near the Napoli Centrale station and thus, it is very easy to take the train to various other cities. Also the harbour (the ferries to Amalfi, Capri etc) is within walking distance. Even though they say that Napoli is unsafe and full of thieves, we did not experience the area where the hotel is located as such. Our room window was to the courtyard so we did not hear anything from the street. Our room had been changed without telling us in advance to another, smaller room but we received compensation so we were okay with that. The room was clean and tidy and the beds comfy but a minus goes to the bathroom. It was in a serious need of updating and the shower did not work very well. At some point during our stay, the toilet chair started leaking water but the staff fixed it quickly. The balconies are not real balconies but so called French balconies where you cannot sit. The air conditioner worked well. Our room was located next to the reception and our door did not block any noice so starting at 7 am we started hearing the door bell and the phone ringing etc. The cleaning of the room worked as excepted. Not sure if the bed sheets were changed every day but the towels were. The breakfast was OK, really nothing to highlight but it worked. The staff was friendly but sometimes we could hear them to our room arguing loudly with other guests. If you are looking for a budget hotel with a great location, we would recommend this hotel. PPioneer59232668428Hotel is rated 1* for a reason so one needs to have appropriate expectations. Location has its pros and cons. Very close to the main station and drop off place of the airport shuttle. Unfortunately this is also very poor area of Napoli - people sleeping on the sidewalks, low cleanliness etc. Hotel reception is on the second floor, no elevator. One needs to get buzzed to enter the building. Rooms are sp****ly furnished, relatively clean even though bedding should be replaced or at least thoroughly cleaned. Air conditioning in the room works well. There are shared bathrooms (2) next to the reception, so bear that in mind. Bring your own toiletries. There is also shared kitchen. Small fridge, barely one or two forks or spoons. My biggest concern however is the staff. The man working at the reception seems to not like his job at all. It’s more like he was sentenced to a forced labor. He doesn’t talk, forget any welcoming pleasantries or anything like that. He can’t care less. Smile is also unknown thing for him. Basically he doesn’t like interacting with people. If you can, don’t bother him, you will save yourself time. Otherwise if you are fine with hostel like accommodation in a little shabby area, this will be ok place for you.
