We stayed for 6 nights. Our room was fine … typical hotel room. The staff were generally personable and helpful. The breakfast needs work. For 4 of the 6 nights there was no half and half for coffee and the fruit was mostly rotten. I expected much better for the price I paid.

Included breakfast was good and services adequate. Had a minor issue with the electrical charger that overheated and stopped working on pur last day. We were assured it would be taken care of rapidly.

Breakfast is included, however no restaurant for an evening meal. The receptionist recommended an Italian 5minutes walk which we went to and it was excellent

The only negatives I encountered were noise from the hallway and/or next room. The young lady that was monitoring the Front Desk is VERY unfriendly/sour faced. This occurred each time I interacted with her. The gentleman on the night shift was very pleasant and through.

I loved staying here. All the front desk staff was super kind and accommodating. Jeff was exceptional. He was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and nice. The key system needs to be updated, and the rooms need to be painted. It would be nice to have some drawers. Housekeeping was amazing!
