The campsite location is truly unbeatable.The walking sunrise morning is fantastic. The staff are accommodating and always greet you with a smile, making the whole experience very welcoming. The facilities are well-maintained and provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was immaculate, and the TV room was cosy, making it feel like a home away from home. Parking is a breeze with ample space around the site and a great picnic table; the dump-out stations are beneficial. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness at all times, the gorgeous decor in the toilets and the reliable Wi-Fi. The availability of bike riding options and a giant chess game adds to the enjoyment. There is superb coffee and delicious food at the coffee shop. Everything perfect, I can confidently say this campground is one of the best we have experienced.

The location of this motel is excellent. Directly opposite the beach and very close to the shops of Napier. Whilst the room was dated, it was extremely clean and had a super comfy bed and pillows. The best thing about this motel is the manager Gaigan. He was very friendly and helpful on our arrival and when the cyclone storms hit, he was wonderful. When a disaster strikes, a person's true character is revealed. Gaigan is a man who is caring, honest and an exemplary manager who did his very best to help everyone despite being concerned about his own family and friends. He cooked on a BBQ for guests, he tried to find out information when there was little being disseminated by authorities and he was calm and reassuring. When there is an abundance of accommodation in a town, customer service is what makes one establishment stand out from others and this is why Edgewater Motor Lodge gets 5 stars, due to Gaigan's outstanding customer service.

After a pleasant reception we were shown where to park the car with plenty of spaces and how to reach our room. It was spacious and excellently equipped with a lovely bathroom with a stunning view. The room had a balcony with table and chairs with fabulous views also. Room service was extremely good. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order with a very good choice. All staff were smiling and polite and gave us excellent advice. The location is really good with lots of good restaurants and bars within minutes. We would unhesitatingly come here again and would highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean and tidy, we ordered the ground floor, the front desk upgraded us to the third floor, very quiet. The balcony can see the seaside, there are fried chicken and izakaya opposite the hotel, praise! ! There is free parking, and friends who drive can choose this place. The location is great. The bed was very comfortable and the hardness was moderate. Very pleasant stay~

The location of the hotel is on the side of the road and it is very easy to find. The hotel is a renovated residential building, very warmly furnished, fully equipped, very new! Recommended. If you travel by car, the car can be parked outside the room, which is very convenient. There is a new world supermarket nearby.
